Popular? How would you know? His popularity is slipping.

What’s it based on? Newspaper reports? You believe newspapers?

You’re living in the last century if you do.

You like being put in a $258 M deficit and having 22 new taxes brought down upon you?

Wow, you must be rich like the rest of the corrupt Democrats. They are now the party of the rich and control the media.

Lynch is killing the state. Governors do that all the time. They eventually become unpopular, get voted out of office, and then repeatedly try to run for the Senate.

But Lynch has the distinction of actually approving the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), which is essentially a broabased tax that filters tax dollars through the energy companies and into the state government.

The press has left him off the hook for this. We need to press this issue hard. I have blogged it at NH Insider, CNHT, and on my own blog.

As to Art’s comment, popularity is no benchmark for competence, only populism. At the end of the day, Lynch is a bad governor, and a poor leader, but if the people do not figure this out soon, it could be too late for the New Hampshire Advantage.
