Until they “bump” into a coast. This is ridiculous. The feasibility of such a scheme for less than 50k persons is nil. This reminds me of the guy that was going to build a super ship and sell space on it. The “passengers” would be “citizens of the world” and law and order onboard was to be meted out by martial artists. Hilarious.
On a serious note Boston (ala BigDig) and Tokyo will disappear secondary to liquefaction before flooding.
