		<description><![CDATA[I think  the reason why New Jersey (and other places)  are trying to bring such a law is beyond the fact that the look is &quot;ridiculous&quot;. I think that in the process they want to prevent delinquency. While they are many other outrageous clothing attires such as girls in tight jeans with exposed thongs or guys still wearing speedos in 2008, none of these people pose a threat to society like young guys dressing up like rappers. 

Banning baggy pants is just a disguise for the NJ lawmakers to hide their real intentions, which is to destroy the hip hop culture which they feel is a bad influence on America&#039;s youth. I don&#039;t necessarily agree with such a law, I&#039;m just making an observation.]]></description>
