Carl,
Gas prices are falling, and we haven’t had a vote. We live in a capitalist society my friend. If you think for one moment gas prices will fall if supply is increased by drilling, you are a fool. What is the incentive to lower prices? Think about it this way. Last time we had a drought in California, the water company raised my rates, stating they needed more money to buy water. The next year we had record rain fall. Did my rates go down? Nope. The y went up again. The stated they needed more money to store the water. As you have seen in the past month, the only thing that will bring down the price of gas is usage.

The Dems biggest worry is that oil prices may start to drop in an election year, and that will give the chosen one one less thing to cry about.
Of course ol' Obama will figure out a way to say that drilling in the U.S was his idea all along.
