I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power, than by violent and sudden usurpations. James Madison

Yes, I've been mandated to contribute $25, which I had to pay to LCHIP today when I went to file a release of a mortgage at the registrars office, for my mom, who is 80 years old. I was surprised I had to make the donation and quite frankly, extremely angry that I had to make this adjustment in my food budget, as my son and I live month to month and I am on SSDI. How did this mandated contribution I had to make, sneak in?

Don't the LCHIP supporters make enough money to make their own contribution?

Must all NH citizens be mandated to donate to LCHIP to restore barns, museums when, I dare say, we are struggling to get health coverage not only for children, but the parents as well?

Must all NH citizens be forced to donate to LCHIP when so many are just at poverty level or homeless?

This mandated donation would be better spent to ensure there is no homelessness or hungry people even though they don't qualify for food stamps or AID to Needy families?

You can read more about the tax cap on www.rochestertaxpayers.org which is run by the people who actually collected the signatures.

Also if you want a real conservative in Congress, better to support John Stephen. He really gets the UNESCO thing.

Jeb voted for UNESCO and they are who are ruining our local schools with their interference thanks to the Federal DOE.

Judging from your ban the UN sign, I think you'd want to know about that. You should go to a John Stephen meet and greet sometime -- you would like what he has to say.
