You nailed the vast majority of the voting public. It is a shame but most people just do listen to soundbites, that is the instant gratification society we live in today. That is the only concern that I have moving forward in the 2010 election. Are people engaged enough in politics to see what this man is doing to the country? I am not sure.

People really wanted change and to tell you the truth Obama was the only candidate who could have promised change and have people believe him. But if anyone really thought that he would be different than the fault lies with them. I don’t believe that any politician will ever deliver change.

Let’s face it, most Americans are not politically involved, and they went for a sound bite, an image, without really checking out who this guy was. Now people are starting to find out, and they don’t like what they see. It’s not too late to use congress to lame duck this guy. Although he may be popular as a figurehead, his policies are not.
