That is a question that I also wonder about. It just doesn’t make any sense to me that it could take this long to count these ballots.

I have a question. Why does it always take forever to count these absentee ballots? As advanced as our country is, why can there not be a system in place that has these ballots already counted before the actual election takes place? (Yes, I know that is two questions, but they are related.) If they have to require the ballots to be mailed back in earlier, then so be it.

I actually read (somewhere) if Hoffman wins, Owen’s vote becomes invalid. Now that will prove an interesting dilemma.

If Scozzafava hadn’t siphoned off a significant number of votes, Hoffman would be in congress right now. Not bad for a guy off the street and no GOP support.
