Like you I believe it is a combination of both. Barack is narcissistic and very egotistical as Fred says, and also a very astute politician, but one guided more by idealogy than public popularity, a dangerous contradiction in a leader.

I don’t think that it would, as Dominique said, you have to want to get help. Plus, the first step in getting help is admitting that you have a proble. I don’t see that happening.
