Good point, Obama wants this type of regulation and he doesn’t care if it is the government or the EPA who enforces it. As a matter of fact he probably would rather have the EPA regulate carbon emissions because there would be not voting on it in congress.

I’m thinking that perhaps three Dems are trying to avoid getting fired in October. ClimateGate might have a role, but only in that the public is more aware of the situation-NOT that the Dems want to do the right thing. It might be a game of sorts. We’ll have to watch it and see where it goes.

This sounds like a good move, but does anyone think that if this should pass both the House and Senate that Obama would sign such a bill! The answer is no! I think we are stuck with the EPA’s regulation unless the federal courts step in at some point.

We propose to introduce a bill that will amend the Clean Air Act to exclude basing regulations on global warming effects.

EPA:
That’s fine we will impose regulations based on our own brain farts not Global warming or the effects of Global Warming or even climate change.

Rep. Earl Pomeroy (D-N.D.):
The Hell you say, I will propose a bill that will keep the EPA from regulating greenhouse gases at all unless approved by Congress.

Congress:
APPROVED!…No wait Disapproved…No wait APPROVED

I so hope the climate scandal IS causing people to step back and take a moment to THINK.

I would think our weather might be doing the same. For a world in the midst of a global warming, mother nature is not helping!

I can not wait until we get these people out of office.

I just got an email from Sarah Palin. Did you know that,

“Thirty-seven Governorships, one third of the United States Senate, and the entire House of Representatives is up for election.”

That is some serious damage we could do if we win most of these seats! Holy cow this is going to be an interesting year!
