And he has been taking calls from angry constituents, that is very rare. Kennedy didn’t do this and neither does Kerry. I know that my senators do not do this, he appears to be listening. He did say that his vote on the final bill is not set in stone on one of the radio shows.

If he plays lock step with Republicans he’ll be out the next election. This was for cloture and not the bill anyway. We don’t know, but I suspect when the vote comes down he’ll vote against it.
