Video: Allen West calls SCOTUS Obamacare ruling “behavior modification through taxation”
Nancy Pelosi was asked about her opinion on the Supreme Court’s decision that the individual mandate constituted a tax after the Obama regime had been arguing that is wasn’t a tax. Nancy Pelosi basically said “who cares what it is called as long as it was upheld.” Here are her exact words:

She when on to talk about how the Supreme Court ruling that the mandate was a tax was a “technical term” and it shouldn’t really mean anything to the American people. Basically she was dodging the question because she knows middle class families will be hardest hit by this and she knows Barack Obama promised not to raise taxes on the middle class. But in her eyes the end justifies the means so who cares what the mandate is called.
Allen West cares and below is a video of an interview he conducted after Nancy Pelosi made her comments where he calls her delusional and asks if she would feel the same way of the government ordered the people to buy a 9mm Glock or face a tax penalty. He goes on to call this a “horrific decision” by the Supreme Court and states that it is “behavior modification by way of taxation.”

We need more people like Allen West in the Congress, he isn’t afraid to say what is on his mind and he doesn’t backtrack when people attack him for his views.

For once, Pelosi tells the truth. Democrats couldn’t be bothered if Obamacare was called a ham sandwich.
Time will tell, however, what “tax” really means for its future.

I’m PRAYING for help from GOD because our leaders are leading like babies. obama, pelosi, hillary are surrounded by muslims and obama is inviting the taliban to talk. I love to hear Allen West speak his mind and I like it even more that he doesn’t back down from what he says if he faces backlash.He is a true leader at a time when we need a leader and I wish this man was on Romney’s VP list, that might persuade me to vote for him.

What is wrong earning a good living by working hard and keeping what you earn? Read the AP report. The rich pay their “fair share” of the taxes by far.The real solution is for the government to step aside and let people work without over-regulation and high taxation. Then the economy will soar. The rich will get richer and the middle class will be more secure. The needy will be given government assistance and benefits will not be cut. In a capitalist society, those that gain advantage gain wealth. It involves risk. I highly resent a goverment that conficates my money and does with it as it wants. I resent a government that operates to create equal outcomes because it punishes the true achievers. Achievers do good things which makes it better for everyone. Maybe that lawyer bringing down 600K might want to start another law firm that will employ a lot of people. Should the government deny this lawyer the capital to start another practice by taxing him excessively? If you want to help the poor, don’t just give them money, give them hope. There is no hope in a system designed to keep them helpless by simply funding them not to work. I Don’t care how much money others are making. You should too. Let the rich make their money. Worry about your affairs. Forget government as the grand benefactor and take care of yourself. If we all did we would be better off. Enuf said.
