Democrats release racist campaign ad against Allen West
Just when you thought desperate Democrats couldn’t sink any lower than claiming Mitt Romney was a felon who also caused a woman to die from cancer they manage to lower the political limbo bar and dance right under it without any problem.
This time the target is Allen West: American Sunrise PAC released a racist ad showing Allen West in a boxing ring beating up white women and stealing money from black families. This is nothing short of despicable and today Allen West responded to this attack:
I spent my life in uniform fighting for our great nation and protecting all Americans. The ad being run against me by my opponent’s family depicting violence against women and senior citizens is reprehensible. It plays on stereotypes and fear to divide Americans, and it cheapens the very real and tragic occurrences of violence against women and seniors. The American people are suffering from crushing debt, horrific tax and regulatory policies, and epic unemployment. This classless ad shows a lack of regard for the issues plaguing our nation. This ad reflects the sad state of politics in our Republic with those who seek to destroy a person’s character to cover for their lack of intellectual ability and integrity.
A brilliant response from Allen West and Mitt Romney would do well to take notice of how to properly respond to this type of attack.
Democrats are likely to defend this ad by claiming it was simply a metaphor for Republicans and their goal to protect the rich by hurting the middle class and the poor. They will claim there is no racism involved here and they will claim Republicans are trying to drum up a false controversy.
I would ask anyone who tries to defend this ad to ask themselves what they would be saying if the Republicans ran an ad that depicted Barack Obama beating up white women and stealing money. I have a feeling we know what they would be saying.

Sadly, not only will attacks like this continue they will get much worse. And should West or Romney began to get ahead in the polls the Chicago gang will kick things into high gear. The truth however, is simple they can’t run on their record so they must resort to these negative attacks and keep West and Romney on the defensive—At this point it seems to be working, but the game and thats what this is, is far from over. But we must remember there is a huge block of voters out there who depend on government handouts and the fear of losing them under a republican administration will drive them to the polls in great numbers. The republic, as we know it, is in grave danger.

I read within the last two weeks that the DNC sees Allen West as their worst enemy and are going to go all oit to defeat him. They worry he could lead blacks away from the Democratic Party and they can’t have that. Look for things to get even uglier-

When has it mattered if it was true or not? All they have to do is get it out there and say, they misspoke or someone took it wrong. As long as the media get it out to the public, that is all that matters. They will take the beating (small as it will be), because they know they did what they set out to accomplish…slander someone or just out and out lie. Ethics, morals, values and logic are not words they concern themselves with.

That is right Lou, just get it out there. Even if the do backtrack the damage is done because while the original story gets much play in the MSM, the retraction usually goes unreported and most people only remember the original story and not the fact it was retracted.

You are not wrong, I remember this story as well. The GOP establishment did indeed try to redistrict him out and it is most likely because he is a Tea Party guy and a threat to the good ole boys club.

This is just the beginning, since the Democrats have nothing to run on, they are slinging mud left and right. The more outrageous the better since it will give the media something to talk about and distract from the growing list of scandals. With any luck they will slip and fall right in the middle of their own mud pile.

There really isn’t a step too low for the Democrats to stoop, is there? I saw this article earlier on Breitbart and I’m glad you wrote about it. West is a target because he’s a Conservative, former military, black, he speaks his mind, and he puts it in the face of Democrats like when he sent Chick-fil-A to them and later said they ate it all up.
I just don’t have much positive to say about Democrats but wish West well. He’d make a good VP.

No, there is nothing the Democrats won’t do to hold onto power, and you are right about why the left hates West. He is a threat to them and stands a great chance at holding a higher office someday so they want to take him down before he gets there. He is my choice for VP.

Allen West, has about as much chance of pulling “blacks ” away from the Democratic Party; as he does with having an orgy with a room full of man-hating Lesbians. Allen has mastered the art of being a “rhetoric Pimp”. The only person he is interested in helping is himself. When the Democrats use one of the tactics that is straight out of the Republicans playbook, you guys scream like little girls.

For some reason Col. West doesn’t strike me as being in it for himself, alone. He is an honorable man. What Republican playbook are you refering to, because if there is one, it has been seldom used by the Republicans. On the other hand, the pages of the Democratic playbook have to have dog-earred pages from the constant use. IF I scream, it will be because I AM a girl, haha!

No need to scream Lou. 🙂 If there is one thing we can be sure of when it comes to Allen West it is the fact that he is doing what he thinks is best for the country and not for himself. If he were more worried about his reelection he would dial back some of his rhetoric, but he says what he means and that is rare in politics today.
