MSNBC host Larry O’Donnell claims it is racist to talk about Barack Obama’s golfing
Chris Mathews has been an embarrassment for many years, but never more so than when he stated Mitt Romney was using racial code when he told Barack Obama to take his hate filled campaign back to Chicago. That’s right, using the word ‘Chicago’ when talking about Barack Obama makes you a racist. It doesn’t matter that Chicago is the place where Barack Obama cut his political teeth.
Touré had a tough job to do if he was going to outdo Chris Mathews but he gave it one hell of a try when he stated that Mitt Romney was ‘niggerizing’ Barack Obama for calling his campaign hate filled and angry.
But Touré didn’t stop there; in a candid statement which showed us the left truly believes the government is the source of all of our rights he claimed he was deeply offended by Paul Ryan’s assertion that our rights were God given. Claiming our rights are derived from God is a racist and sexist thing to say if you are an uber-liberal Barack Obama apologist on MSNBC.
Not to be outdone by either Chris Mathews or Touré, Larry O’Donnell took this meme to the next, absurd level when he declared that Mitch McConnell was a racist for talking about Barack Obama’s love of the game of golf. How did he make this great leap forward?
Here is how, and you aren’t going to believe it:
He is trying to align to Tiger Woods and surely, the — lifestyle of Tiger Woods with Barack Obama. Obviously, nothing could be further from the truth…
That’s the one they want for a very deliberate reason. That — there’s — these people reach for every single possible racial double entendre they can find in every one of these speeches…
Mitch McConnell was making the point that Barack Obama seemed to be more concerned with his golf game than he was about the economy, that was the extent of his comment. There was nothing racially motivated about this statement but the first thought Larry O’Donnell had when he heard this was to think of the womanizing Tiger Woods and of tying him to Barack Obama in some sort of black stereotype that nobody knew existed.
I think this says more about Larry O’Donnell than it says about anyone else; why is it that he had the thought that Mitch McConnell was talking about Barack Obama as a black, cheating womanizer above all else? Could it be that this is a stereotype Larry O’Donnell believes about black men? It sounds to me like he was projecting his own personal bigotry and racist thoughts on the Republican party because nobody else made this outlandish connection. Larry O’Donnell is the racist and he is the one that owes both Mitch McConnell and Barack Obama an apology.
But this is what MSNBC has been reduced to in their defense of Barack Obama; they can no longer defend his policies because his policies have failed so they are now in an all out blitzkrieg to attack and marginalize his opponents by making up false claims which aren’t even believable at this point. MSNBC has lost all credibility, if they had any left, and at this point the only reason people are even watching is because the propaganda coming from this network is so astonishing that people tune in just to see how much lower they can sink.
