Unconfirmed Report:al-Masri, Leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq is dead

His death has not yet been confirmed, let’s just hope this is true. It appears as though he was either killed during an internal struggle in Al-Qaeda or another insurgent group. This could be a sign that the surge is working and Al-Qaeda is conflicted on how to continue fighting.
