Terror Plot in America Twarted, Fort Dix was the target

 You have probably heard about the terror plot that was thwarted in the United States today.

The plan was to use RPG’s and ak 47’s to attack Fort Dix and other military bases in the United States with the goal of killing as many soldiers as they could.

The plan was broken up when the men attempted to buy the weapons from undercover FBI agents. The planning aspect of this attack appears to have been just about complete and they were getting close to executing the plan.

One thing I find scary is that these terrorists felt emboldened, this was a hard target they were going to go after, not a soft target. They feel America’s resolve is waning and they wanted to take advantage.

The most under-reported aspect of this story is the fact that three of the men were illegal immigrants. Our borders are open and we have no idea who is slipping into the country.Now, I believe that I heard that the three terrorists who were here illegally had overstayed their visas, they did not enter the country illegally. That does not matter. What does matter is that we have a legal procedure to enter and stay in the country, and people who are breaking these laws are not being punished. Some illegals are coming here to work. Some are coming here to collect welfare,and get free healthcare through the emergency rooms. And some are coming here to do great harm to our country. We need to enforce our immigration laws, we have no idea how many terrorists are currently in the country because of our lax immigration enforcement.

I just hope we don’t hear politicians start saying that they question the timing of these arrests. We have heard this before. President Bush’s approval ratings have hit an all time low according to some polls. I guarantee that you will read on the far left blogs that this was a Karl Rove plan to raise the president’s approval ratings.

This is a scary time we are living in. It’s time for Americans to wake up to the issues in front of us before it’s too late. Not just the immigration laws that allow these people to sneak into the country illegally, but to the fact that there are people out there whose goal it is to change our whole way of life. The radical Islamists not only want the world ruled by Islamist law, they believe it is their sworn duty according to their religion. Our whole culture is under attack.

I only hope America has the courage to fight for what she believes in.
