Dangerous TB Patient Allowed into USA by Border Patrol Agent
A globe-trotting Atlanta lawyer with a dangerous strain of tuberculosis was allowed back into the U.S. by a border inspector who disregarded a computer warning to stop him and don protective gear, officials said Thursday. The inspector has been removed from border duty.
We can’t even trust our borders enough to believe a TB patient on the do not fly list, with warnings to stop him at border crossings will be stopped and detained. How are we supposed to stop the influx of illegal aliens into the country? This also bring up another question, all these illegals who will get amnesty, are they going to be screened for infectious diseases that are no longer a problem in the USA? I think we know the answer to that question.
So what was this border patrol agent’s excuse?
The unidentified inspector explained that he was no doctor but that the infected man seemed perfectly healthy and that he thought the warning was merely “discretionary,”
He seemed healthy? How lame of an excuse is that? The warning on this man was to stop him and don protective gear. It doesn’t matter how he looked. Discretionary? Does that sound like a discretionary warning to you? It doesn’t to me.
It’s time to close the borders.

But doesn’t it seem off-kilter to you that all this fuss was made over one white guy with TB when millions of Mexicans stroll across the border with TB, cysticercosis, scabies, etc.?
Cysticercosis is a parasitic disease caused by pork tapeworm. If you have people cooking for you or handling your food who are tapeworm carriers and don’t have good personal hygiene (i.e., washing hands after wiping butt), you will be infected when you eat the food they have handled. This condition is everywhere in Mexico and South America.
And I can tell you as a nurse who has supervised many aides from Mexico, that they don’t really believe(because they can’t see them) that there are microorganisms that can kill you. These folks are bringing 3rd world diseases to America every day, and nobody says boo.

You are absolutely correct! that’s one of the points I was trying to make. The fact that in recent history we have had some diseases make a comeback in America that were eradicated years ago shows us another danger of illegal immigration. They are bringing the diseases into this country, they are not being screened, and now we are going to legalize them? It makes no sence.
