Iraqi Forces Could Take Control Over all Provinces This Year

Democrat candidates for president are not going to like this at all. Major gains are being made in Iraq, and now this story reports that Iraqi forces may be able to take control of every province in Iraq from the United States forces by the end of the year.
Iraq’s army and police could be ready to take over security in all 18 provinces by the end of this year as the U.S. military moves toward a less prominent role in the country, U.S. officials said on Thursday
In an under reported fact, the Iraqi army has taken control of half of the provinces already, as the United States begin to move into a support role. This news,if it comes to fruition, is bad news for Democrats who have based their campaigns on the United States losing the war. With any luck, Iraq will be under Iraqi command in time for the November elections.
The media has already dropped the war from it’s daily doom and gloom top headline production, and hardly ever even mention it. How sad is it that when we were losing soldiers ( even at the incredibly low rate that we were) and Iraq looked to be sliding into a civil war, the media gleefully told us how many Americans died, but with Americans on the verge of transferring power to the Iraqis, the media hides the news for fear it will hurt the Democrats in an election?
Recently, control of Anbar province was handed over to the Iraqis, this was the worst province in Iraq for most of the war. Did you even hear about this? Not unless you searched the internet as I did. The media was strangely silent. As victory in Iraq seems more and more likely the Democrat candidates running for president, and the media, grow increasingly silent on the issue as they now turn their attention to the economy and pray for a recession.
Democrats in congress no longer say we can’t win for fear of how stupid they will look when we do win. The presidential candidates, fearful of being on the wrong side of a United States victory, hardly ever even mention the war. And the media, their willing accomplices, don’t even report the news coming out of Iraq.
We will win this war unless Democrats strap a set on, sack up, and do what they tell us they were sent to congress to do. And that is surrender before we can achieve victory. Time is running out on them, progress is being made every day, and if they don’t end this war the outcome may be good for the United States, which is bad for Democrats.
However, if the Democrats are able to ignore the news coming from Iraq, which is easy because the media ignores it, and cut off funding for the war, they will secure defeat from the jaws of victory, send America running home with her tail tucked between her legs and probably get a Democrat elected to the White-house in November. That is all they care about.
Then and only then will Democrats be able to say:
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
