20,000 ACORN documents found in dumpster in advance of investigation

November 29, 2009

ACORN is in trouble, they recently were caught on tape trying to help a couple set up an underage prostitution ring and helping this couple to avoid paying taxes. As if this were not bad enough, 20,000 documents were found in a dumpster that were thrown away in an apparent attempt to conceal evidence from an ongoing federal investigation into the matter.

These documents were relevent to the ongoing investigation so it certainly appears as though this was an attempt to hide any evidence before the feds were able to see the documents. Is there no limit to the depth of corruption at this organization?

In addition to the crime that was committed by ACORN in trying to destroy this evidence it tells us one thing about the people who work for this organization; they really are not too bright, are they?

Instead of totally destroying the evidence they chose to merely throw it away in a dumpster outside of one of their offices. Did they really think that the feds wouldn’t think to look in the dumpster? In the end their own stupidity could ultimately lead to their undoing.

Any other crime organization would be facing RICO statute charges by now. But with Cal. attorney general “Moonbeam” Brown more interested in charging the kids for making the videos illegally and Holder in Washington acting as Obama’s legal human shield, no wonder that there are yet to any charges filed.

They should have called lifelock, they would have recieved a shredder for free! I don’t think they care where it was thrown away. They will just lie about it and say they don’t know how those papers got in the dumpster— what papers? Maybe it is naivete. Like a teenager, they think if they just keep lying, they will get away with it. ORRRRRRR…. maybe it just doesn’t matter b/c the org. is so big and spread out that it can’t be completely dismantled. It’s an attitude, really, a way of life– to quote a “former” employee at my work–
    ‘they can’t fire me!’
