Martha Coakley claims Catholics shouldn’t work in emergency rooms

January 15, 2010

Another mobile post, I think I am getting addicted!

Martha Coakley has been running an attack ad against Scott Brown claiming that he does not support “reproductive rights” (abortion) and that he actually voted against providing emergency abortions to rape victims.

The problem is that Scott Brown supports Roe vs Wade as settled law so Martha Coakley’s attack ad on Scott Brown is a little disingenuous; Scott Brown voted in favor of the “conscience clause” that would allow people working in emergency rooms who oppose abortions for religious reasons to refuse to perform abortions.

When Martha Coakley was asked why a person who opposes abortion for religious reasons should be forced to perform them, she actually cited the separation of church and state. The interviewer then asked Coakley if there is religious freedom in the emergency room, to which Coakley responded that there is, but perhapsCatholics shouldn’t work in emergency rooms.

Brilliant.

It’s a good thing that breathing is a reflex action, and not a conscious thought process… If it were, that dumb broad would be DEAD!

Well, they’d better close the Caritas hospitals, then. What? I’m beginning to think affirmative action/diversity is to be credited for her career. Even ‘bama can’t help her now…….

Coakley would be well served to put a cork in it. When Brown fired that shot, “People’s Seat”, I knew at that moment that it would echo across this land and could very well be the beginning of the end for Obama and crowd. When he wins I can very well see a new cry this fall, “Its the Peoples Congress”!!!!

Coakley is now trying to cash in on the “people’s seat” line. Vicki Kennedy is now in a Coakley ad claiming that Coakley is fighting for the “people’s seat.” Desperate times call for desperate measures, I guess. This is so transparent that it is laughable.
