George Soros has ties to over 30 major news outlets
The left loves to complain about Fox News–just for the record I do not watch Fox News–claiming that it is not a real news network. The left has dubbed the network Faux News because they believe the station is nothing more than a propaganda arm of the Republican party.
The right loves to claim that all of the mainstream media contains liberal bias and has condemned newspapers and television stations as being nothing more than a propaganda arm of the Democrat party.
There is no doubt that the on air personalities on Fox News are right leaning, but there is also no doubt that almost every other news outlet is left leaning and here is the proof. According to the article I linked to above–and I know that the left is automatically going to discredit the story because it is published by Fox–ultra-left leaning George Soros has ties to over 30 major news outlets. Yet while the left condemns Roger Ailes for spreading what they consider right wing lies they are unwilling to admit that George Soros is in any way influencing the content which appears on virtually every other news outlet even though he has a stake in many of them.
While the left is conducting a war against the one station standing all alone in the wilderness, they fail to see the fact that “big media” on all the other stations is conducting the same type of propaganda attack they accuse Fox News of. Why is it that they feel so threatened by Fox News when they have a virtual monopoly in the media? Why is it that they do not feel as if they are being manipulated by millionaires such as George Soros for his own personal gain? Why is it that they feel George Soros is righteous while the Koch brothers are evil? Are not George Soros and the Koch brothers one in the same–evil reach people who must be punished?
The ugly truth is that the left does not hate ALL rich people; the leftist politicians love to play the class warfare game, but that is all it is–a game. When all is said and done these leftist politicians will take in any money they can–even from the evil rich–when it suits their purposes, and in George Soros they have a sympathiser so they simply overlook the fact that he represents everything they are supposed to hate.
The leftist politicians do not hate rich people–hell many of them are rich themselves–they want the American people to hate rich people because they feel this class warfare will help them remain in power. And that is why they hate Roger Ailes’s Fox News while they love the George Soros controlled media.

Every news network is bias and leans one way or thee other!
Fox News leans right, CNN leans left, MSNBC also leans very hard left. The only news sources that aren’t bias are probably C-SPAN and local news stations like here in Colorado, 9 news.

Wouldn’t it be great if the news had just an ounce of objectivity? I mean can you envision it. Corrupt politicians being called out. The violation of the constitution being exposed. A nation where the media takes their charge of being the watchdogs seriously. What kind of nation would we be if the media would just do their job? I sometimes wonder Steve.

It is amazing that with all this influence the Left still struggles to stay relevant. It is amazing how these types of stories just never seem to make it to the headlines. Meanwhile Liberals berate “Big Business.”

They only berate “big business” when those businesses are donating to Republicans, otherwise they don’t have a problem with it whatsoever. And nobody seems to call them out on this.

The hard left can’t debate your point with logic and reason. Much easier to not report a troublesome issue if it would impact their anointed one. Do not worry they are working very hard at making themselve irrelevent.

The left hates Fox because they trounce the other cable news outlets. Otherwise I don’t think they would care what Roger Ailes did. Still, Fox is pretty tame compared to the hard news you can find on many blogs. If there was “America’s Watchtower Hour” on Fox there would be a full meltdown at MSNBC.

It is not surprising that Soros has that kind of influence and connections. And there is such a double standard with media reporting. Makes me wonder if there was anyway that conservatives could gain a foothold in news organizations and then hire like minded people, as the left has done.

The problem a lot of people have with some Radio and TV programs is they can not or do not care to differenciate between the NEWS slot of the broadcast and the COMMENTARY slots.
Fox is not just a news program. They do more commentary/entertainment than hard news. I happen to find Fox News entertaining. The left just likes to lump them all together. It would be like saying Air America was a news outlet only. All the times I ever listened to that (thankfully defunct) program I hardly ever heard hard news. It was very hard to listen to hour after hour of that angry programming. Very depressing to think people thought that any of that was news. But I belive it is good to know thy enemy! I try to watch a little bit of all the NEWS outlets. If you do not you run the risk of limiting your view of the world. Nothing – Print/Broadcast/Blog can be taken at face value. Do your research.
As far as Soros is concerned I belive him to be a dangerous man. I think some of his activities border on being treasonous. I have always been puzzled by people who profess free speech but only if it is theirs. And some people seem not to care.

I think that the hate is a combination of the fact that Fox is so popular, combined with the fact that they get a message out. The left can tolerate no dissent, as evidenced by their reaction to dissent. In a “progressive” state, no dissent can be allowed, as it will eventually point to the failures of progressivism.

To the person who wrote this….what an amazing article…..I agree with you 100 percent….the main stream media is a huge problem on both sides, that is why studied show only 23% of Americans trust main stream news…….both media outlets are propaganda arms of there respected parties, but atleast you point it out….liberals only point out fox news problems, an though fox news is the only conservative program out there they do same….am glad you pointed out both sides of the issue, far to often only one side gets covered so that you for your integrity……George Soros is a clown an even worse then ailes in my view…..the left has so many more outlets to express there views while fox doesn’t…I mean the left even has comedy to LOL
