ACORN is working behind the scenes for the Occupy Wall Street movement

October 26, 2011

Did you think that ACORN was gone forever? Well, it isn’t. In fact the truth is ACORN is alive and well, sure it is fractured and decentralized but it has been reconstituted and is working as smaller “separate” organizations all across the country for the same goal it always had.

And now we learn that ACORN–or the  New York Communities for Change, as it is being called in New York–is not only still up to their old ways, but is also working behind the scenes to support the Occupy “Fill in the Blank” movement. They have moved beyond the realm of voter fraud and are now expanding into the business of public upheaval.

Sources said NYCC has hired about 100 former ACORN-affiliated staff members from other cities – paying some of them $100 a day – to attend and support Occupy Wall Street. Dozens of New York homeless people recruited from shelters are also being paid to support the protests, at the rate of $10 an hour, the sources said.

At least some of those hired are being used as door-to-door canvassers to collect money that’s used to support the protests.

We recently learned that this “grassroots” effort has a bank account in New York of about $500,000–not too shabby for what is supposed to be a spontaneous movement coming from the “99%”–and now it is coming to light where some of this money may have been coming from.

Barack Obama said that the United States needed to have a “civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the United States military and a few weeks ago he gave the cue to that civilian army to mobilize when he called for Americans to get up off the couch, take off their slippers, put on their marching shoes, and march in the streets. His army quickly mobilized and we see the results of his class warfare rhetoric in the form of his Occupy “Fill in the Blank” soldiers.

The Occupy protesters still lacked the funding, but the protesters are only one brigade in the center of the battle line in the crusade against capitalism: enter the SEIU and other unions on one flank to provide logistics and support, and now ACORN is on the other flank to provide fundraising and we can see that this is much more than a simple grassroots movement, but rather a well thought out and highly orchestrated movement in a battle hatched in the upper echelons of the Obama regime. I expect the New Black Panthers to enter the battle shortly, probably in the form of “security” for the protesters.

Why do I get the feeling that something bad is going to come out of this? I think the puppet master are just practicing right now. I wonder when the real show begins?

I think the real show begins next year when the election season really kicks off. I think many of these people will go home for the winter, but they will be back when the weather turns nice again and they will be revamped and ready to take it to the streets.

Didn’t I hear that they were trying to rent a place for the people to get inside? They have a pretty big stash of money coming in to do that.

I haven’t heard that but I wouldn’t be surprised. I did hear at night that about 90% of the tents had nobody in them, and that would explain why.

    Thought that name sounded familiar.

“Don’t be fooled by the name. The NYCC has some of the same board members that sat at ACORN, and they in fact are using ACORN’s old offices and information resources that somehow were left behind.”

It’s Obama’s cherished ACORN all right.

They are not going away, Obama needs them too much. The money is just funneled to them under new names.

They are located in the same buildings as Acorn, and using the old stationary Fox reported this morning,

They are still around but are hiding. In a way this is more dangerous than if they were still called ACORN because at least it was easier to keep tabs on them.

Wow, a history already?! I am sure they won’t be keeping the profits from this capitalist venture, right?
