Gunrunner: Did the Obama regime grant the Sinaloa drug cartel immunity and allow drugs to be walked into the United States?

December 30, 2011

Jesus Zambada-Niebla is a member of the Sinaloa drug cartel who is sitting in jail awaiting trial on drug trafficking charges. He contends that he–and the Sinaloa drug cartelwas granted immunity by the federal government as part of Operation Fast and Furious and has requested that the Department of “Justice” release documents which would prove his claim and aid his defense.

He claims that the United States government not only allowed guns to walk into Mexico, but also sold the weapons to the drug cartel and allowed them to keep operating in the United States with immunity in return for information on smaller drug cartels:

Mr. Zambada-Niebla believes that the documentation that he requests  will confirm that the weapons received by Sinaloa Cartel members and its  leaders in Operation ‘Fast & Furious’ were provided under the  agreement entered into between the United States government and [a  Mexican lawyer] on behalf of the Sinaloa Cartel that is the subject of  his defense …,” it said.

“Mr. Zambada-Niebla believes that the documentation will also provide  evidence showing that the United States government has a policy and  pattern of providing benefits, including immunity, to cartel leaders,  including the Sinaloa Cartel and their members, who are willing to  provide information against rival drug cartels

Normally I would question the credibility and the validity of a claim made against the United States government by a man who is a member of a gun running, drug trafficking, criminal organization as a man who is obviously lying in order to protect his ass, but it must be remembered that Eric Holder is also a member of a gun running, drug trafficking, criminal organization who is lying in order to protect his own ass as well and it lends  Jesus Zambada-Niebla instant credibility in my opinion.

Before Operation Fast and Furious was even begun Hillary Clinton tried to promote the 90% lie as proof that the blame for the violence at the Mexican border lies at the feet of American citizens, and Fast and Furious was begun as an attempt to “prove” this lie.

This new revelation ties in nicely with Hillary Clinton’s attempt to place the blame for the violence on the American people for it must be remembered that she claimed Americansinsatiable demand for illicit drugs was the reason for drug trafficking in the first place. Not only was the United States government willing to sell guns to Mexican drug lords in an attempt to prove the lie and implement an assault weapons ban and also gain support for the United Nations small arms treaty, but it also appears they were willing to grant immunity to one of the largest drug cartels to ensure that drugs would continue to flow into the country in order to prove that Americans’ demand for drugs was the root cause for the violence in the first place.

Normally law enforcement will grant immunity to “smaller fish” in a criminal enterprise if they are willing to help the federal government get to the “larger fish” but in this case the federal government appears to have granted immunity to a “larger fish” in order to get information on the “smaller fish” and this makes no sence unless there was an ulterior motive involved. And in this case the motive appears to have been to allow weapons to walk into Mexico and drugs to be walked into the United States in an effort to justify cracking down on the second amendment.

The United States could not justify cracking down on the second amendment if the drug supply dried up in the United States so they entered a pact which would ensure drugs continued to flow into the country as they provided weapons to the most dangerous Mexican criminals, and we are left to ask this: Which side is the Obama regime really on?

The answer to that question lies in the documents that Jesus Zambada-Niebla has requested but Eric Holder has refused to release the documents and we can only speculate as to the reason why, but it certainly appears as if Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, and Janet Napolitano are not on our side.

We all know our contry “dealt” with Manuel Noriega from the 50s into the 80s. As a kid I grew up hearing that our government allowed (with a wink and a nod) cocain distribution from Panama. I never let myself believe it. However, it is fact, the CIA did turn a blind eye. We invented the hemisphere’s first ‘narcokleptocracy’. What has changed? Nada, amigo.

But now it has been ratcheted up and they are trying to use their drug trafficking against us.

Between the two stories? I believe creditability has been nullified on both sides. It’s time for an independent investigation. One that has no ties to either side and can come up with the truth. The Administration will obviously claim National Security confidentiality. There must be someone in Congress that can span the two halves and be objective.

A good point, it is time for the special investigator. This is getting deeper and we need to know what is in those documents Holder won’t release.

One rumor that has gained traction in some sectors of Mexican society contends that the federal government favors the Sinaloa cartel, which some officials refer to as the Pacific cartel and is the country’s oldest and largest drug trafficking organization, working more diligently against other gangs.

That would explain why Mexico is seemingly not upset at all about fast and furious. Issa said this was bigger than Iran-Contra. I have no reason to doubt him.

Based on this story I don’t doubt that the Sinaloa cartel is the feds favorite cartel, this is getting bigger and bigger with every story that comes out.

You have done a fine job of detailing the multiple stories coming out of Fast and Furious. One can only speculate at this point, just how deep this goes into the Obama administration. I know Issa is doing what he can to uncover the truth, but Obama and company seems to be stonewalling him at every turn.

Thanks Larry, the more we learn about this the deeper it seems to go. Obama and Holder have been stonewalling the investigation and have not released the most damning papers. With all we know now with what has been released we can only wonder what is in the papers they won’t release and how big this really is.

I agree with Larry and second the “fine job”. You take what is out there and condense it down to the just “need to know amount of information. There is so much out there to go thru and just not enough time to do it. It is good to have a blog to come to that gives us the facts. Thanks so much!!

Obama will stone wall this until the end of his administration. It no doubt will take years, if then, to find out the depth of his subversive activities. I congratulate you as well for staying on top of this. Too bad the Medai will not.

Thanks Bunker, it is too bad the media has ignored this because if they were doing their job Holder would already be gone and the pressure would be mounting on Obama.

Steve, the media CAN’T do their job anymore!!! To me the media has become a non-entity. What a sorry excuse for journalists they have become, hey? They have gone too far to the other side, they have no way of turning this around and saving face at the same time. Maybe we need a whole new generation of journalists?

I agree, and I would add that the media can’t do its job because it doesn’t want to do its job. The MSM has been infiltrated by left wing ideologues who are more interested in pushing the left wing agenda than they are with reporting the truth. A perfect example of this is the infamous Dan Rather story about Bush’s national guard record. He was so interested in bringing down Bush that he didn’t bother to verify the source of the story. Once it was learned the documents were forged his defense was, the documents might be fake but the story is accurate. As if we are tol believe we can trust a story based on false information.
More and more people are turning away from the MSM and are turning to the internet for news and I think Rather did more to push people away from the MSM than anyone else. It must be remembered that it was a blogger who found out the truth and exposed Dan Rather’s lie, lendind credibility to the internet as a news source.

It says a lot when the actions of this government make us think that a drug runner is telling the truth.

    Happy New Year Steve.

I am sure we can find more of his same caliber, don’t you? It seems that this administration is breeding that type of person. We should at least take into account what the gun running, drug trafficking man has to say. We sure are not getting any credible information out of our side are we? We have lost faith in our government and that is a dangerous position to be in now.

On a lighter note: Happy New Year to all on the blog!!!! May this year be a kinder, gentler year for all of us.

In the mid-1990 I worked a detail in a Mexican “restaurant – bar” that was a front for the Sinaloa’s. One of the keystone moments we witnessed was when representatives from the Hell’s Angels came in the club and negotiated a courier deal with them. The DEA knew what was up yet nothing was done so that ‘further leads’ could be followed – sound familiar?

The biggest culprit however is the trans-national banks which make billions laundering money for all the cartels; the very same banks that in some cases finance our politicians. The war on drugs is a sham and the American people are the victims. Just my opinion of course….WM

PS – In case you didn’t know, these clubs have restaurants attached because those under 21 years of age can enter the premises – no customer left out so to speak…..

William, we all seem to have very diverse backgrounds to fall back on for information, don’t we? That is why it is so important that we share this with other people. It gives others a perspective that they would otherwise never be able to consider. Thanks for your comment above.

You’ve got to laugh sometimes. //The news goes on about drug cartels
and gun runners. The usa tobacco companies meerlly continuing in their
killing of millions with tobacco its added highly addictive added chemicals.

They have continued fund political parties with the $billions made yearly
with tobacco profits // in return political parties turning their blind eye to
the human chemical slaughter / the appalling suffering tobacco causing.

No tobacco companies closed down none brought to trial for the horror
the human slaughter that daily taking place // in every state of the USA.

Then we have the news of gun runners.where there be no news that the
biggest trader in arms is the USA // whom making $billions upon $billions
in the selling of arms // often in a conflict they are providing arms for both
sides // they just sit back and count the $ in arms sales. The suffering the
destruction of no concern besides it’s considered good policy for them if
they can make a profit in selling arms that (in main) at present (muslims)
use killing each other / in such you have an content USA Military as govt.

Its little wonder america is in decline // and in such decline becoming ever
more dangerious /its military mind as political policies of extreme religious
belief ideas come to the fore / it not only external nations whom but seen
as the enemy // the american public are now being seen as the enemy….
police brutality against peaceful protesters so horrific it shocks the world.

At the present rise of violence used against protesters its a matter of time
before the military take to the streets with orders to shoot protesters dead.

Such Republicans protecting the rich 1%. They will not tolerate the 99% in
having independent thought // those in having independent thought being
classified / communists / terrorists / or terrorist or communist sympathizers
thus to be being treated as palestinians / In having no rights. Shot on sight.

That would assume of course that some of the mislabeled 99% had an independent thought process to begin with. Of course the brain dead selectively choose to overlook the massive campaign contributions Obama takes from the so called liberal and progressive elites on Wall Street whose campaign contributions to Obama predominate in the so called 1%,

Blanket generalizations of those who do not agree with those on the “left” shows a lack of cohesive reasoning and logic.

The occupy movement is a case in point of selective reasoning. Instead of besieging the White House and Congress, the occupy movement follows the beck and call of radicals and anarchists who are leading them around low cows on a rope crapping on police cars, destroying property and accomplishing nothing but destroying the original intentions of the movement.

If America is in decline it is because an inarticulate and ignorant electorate are easily duped and part of that decline. Obama’s presidency is living proof of that….WM

Many americans having freed thenmseves from a Republican
24/7 media diet of brainwashing freeing themselves now able
capable of independent thought. It’s true in such early stages
of freedom they take their first few faltering steps / unused to
freedom / mistakes will be made.Yet for all their destiny being
spiritual enlightenment / such now their goal / ultimate destiny.

It may seem as being nought only the light of a candle / yet it
a light that shall grow unto a beacon of light / a LIGHTHOUSE
guiding all americans home unto their spiritual enlightenment.
