Video: Assault Weapons Ban 2013
As I wrote about in this post on December 27th, Dianne Feinstein is preparing “assault weapons” legislation which she intends to introduce in the Senate early in the new year.
In that post I wrote about how this legislation, as currently crafted, goes well beyond any reasonable restrictions, and in fact would ban almost all handguns, while requiring those of us who currently own these types of handguns to register with the federal government as if we were sex offenders, including being photographed and fingerprinted.
Here is a video which explains exactly how intrusive and dastardly this legislation really is much better than I ever could, it is about 16 minutes now but is a must see video on what is about to be thrust upon us if we let it.

Once again the bubbling fountain of useless legislation is turned on. Imagine the cost of running this useless effort thru the legislative process,absent of any new substantive discovery. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!

Feinstein’s bill goes way over the top and I think this video sums it all up perfectly. And we have even heard people like Bloomberg talk openly about confiscation, so it isn’t beyond the realm of possibility.

I hope it never gets this far. I hope people come to their senses and figure out that this isn’t the way. but it’s not up to us. it’s up to the people in washington..who don’t seem to that firmly in touch with reality.

Thats just it Allen, you already know how they come….groups of 12, flash bangs, tear gas, full autos….
if they hit you there isnt much you can do…well there is if you know they are coming I guess (LOTS). The main thing is a mutual defense pact with the locals…. you get surrounded you in turn surround them.
Also, they may want IN your house so let them in…and be sure to have things set up so they can’t get out.

when I was at the Sweeney Siege in Hamilton,MA, we had a plan to stall through delaying boobytraps..nothing lethal, but the sort of thing where you’d have to fall back, clean up, regroup, and come at us again. then we’d have other groups swoop in and back us up from behind. we even had an offer from a group “out west” that has a “water bomber” C-130 hercules that was going to actually parachute in about 30 guys on an 8-hour notice.
we never put the plan into effect, mr.sweeney was worried about the school across the street, and didn’t want any sort of battle on his property. too bad this is going to be everywhere. I think we need to be prepared to back up people we do not even know. as Ben Franklin said “We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.”
