Eric Holder may have perjured himself while testifying on the AP scandal
Last week, while under oath, Eric Holder testified in front of the Congress and he stated that he not only had nothing to do with the AP scandal but that he also never even heard of any cases where the government was pursuing legal action against the press:
In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy
That is an interesting statement indeed considering yesterday it was reported that it was he who signed off on the warrant to investigate James Rosen as a potential co-conspirator in violation of the Espionage Act.
If this report is true it would appear as if Eric Holder perjured himself in front of the Congress, but of course this is not the first time Eric Holder has run afoul of the Congress: During the Fast and Furious investigation Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for non-compliance with the investigation and when the walls appeared to be closing in around him he ran to Barack Obama to save him. Barack Obama did come to the rescue by sealing the documents through Executive Privilege that possibly would have implicated him (and maybe even the president) in that scandal.
Now that the walls appear to be closing in on him once again will Barack Obama be able to protect Eric Holder for a second time or will he be forced to throw him under the bus to protect himself?

The hole they are digging keeps getting deeper and deeper. Even though the mainstream media continues to cover their tracks, I can’t help but wonder if the Obama administration will eventually implode under the weight of the lies and deceit that is piling up.

I have to think that while the msm continues to cover all this up that is still will have to come crashing down around him at some point. The lies keep mounting and there is no way Obama can keep this house of cards standing until he is out of office.

It is being reported that more Benghazi whistlwblowers are coming soon, but nothing yet on this scandal. I do not see how Obama can stay above all these scandals, the more we learn the more damaging it becomes

It would appear as though in Obama’s fundamentally changed America members oif this administration are not to be issued warrants for perjury before congressional boards of inquerry. So far the republicans seem no more interested in citing Holder for perjury than toasting marshmallows. Will this change in the coming days, who can tell? Maybe nonetheless and the boys will grow a set.

The Republicans seem to be leery about taking any of this to the next step. The Congress held Holder in contempt and still nothing has been done. I don’t see Boehner growing a set anytime soon, be is just a Washington insider more interested in keeping his position.

I’m sure he will say that he’s was talking about the AP warrants and not the Rosen warrant and everyone will be ok with it. This man is a disgrace Steve. He has zero integrity and no shame.

Remember, Obama and Holder do not consider Fox a news network. Therefore, anyone who works for Fox is not a journalist. So based on this view Holder did not lie because Rosen was not a journalist. If he was not a journalist he was a possible tratior/spy and was a legitimate target. Attorney’s never speak plain English instead they parse words.

Obama will not throw Holder under the bus … he may demand that he lay down on the RR tracks and commit hari kari though.

If he does end up leaving Holder will use the ole I want to spend more time with my family excuse and we will be told it is unrelated to his corruption, just a coincidence.
