The NSA whistleblower comes out of the shadows
The man who blew the lid off of Barack Obama secret spying on American citizens has come forward and his name is Edward Snowden. Mr. Snowden is a former CIA assistant who fears what the Obama regime is capable of and decided he could remain silent no longer.
Here is what he had to say:
If I wanted to see your emails
or your wife’s phone, all I have to do is use intercepts. I can get your emails, passwords, phone records, credit cards,” said Snowden. “I do not want to live in a world where everything I do and say is recorded.”
The NSA makes no distinction between friendly and hostile countries, according to Snowden, and its reach is essentially unlimited.
You are not even aware of what is possible,” said Snowden. “The extent of their capabilities is horrifying. We can plant bugs in machines. Once you go on the network, I can identify your machine. You will never be safe no matter what protections you put in place
This falls right in line with NSA Insider’s claim that what we currently know about Barack Obama’s domestic spying program is just the tip of the iceberg. He claims it is about to get very ugly.
Barack Obama claims to admire whistleblowers, once stating that they are “often the best source of information about waste, fraud, and abuse in government.” And he even went so far as to sign the Whistleblower Protection Act into law in 2009 so it would seem on the surface as if Barack Obama would support the actions of Edward Snowden, but of course since signing that law Barack Obama has been diligently prosecuting these harbingers of the truth at an unprecedented level so all bets are off.
Once again Barack Obama’s rhetoric does not match his actions, funny how that works now that he is the man in power, and if I were Edward Snowden I would be afraid, very afraid…..

I’m glad the NSA whistleblower stepped forward. Just finished watching a video on an interview with him done by The Guardian should anyone want to see what the young man has to say about his actions. I must say, I support what I see as a patriotic action by Snowden and expect that millions of Americans will be in his corner should he be charged. And you can almost count on that. I suspect that a new American hero was born today.

I’d donate to his defense fund if it comes to that. We need more whistle blowers to uncover all the shenanigans our government is involved in.

I keep thinking about Obama saying we would have problems if we couldn’t trust his administration. Edward Snowden’s revelations explain exactly why we don’t trust them.

Snowden is not a “Whistleblower” he is another Bradley Manning. There is a pocess for whistleblowers to come forward without disclosing classifed information. As a federal government employee he did not avail himself of the Office Special Council. Instead he went directly to a newspaper with information he stole from NSA. Yes, he may have a compelling message, but he should be proscecuted like Manning.
We are experiencing a breakdown at all levels of the Federal Governemt. The employees do not know right from wrong.

I was actually torn on this one as to whether he should be prosecuted or not. I believe the feds are doing the right thing by charging Manning but you are right. If Snowden didn’t follow the proper procedure he should be prosecuted, even if he did it for the “right reasons.”

What is ironic about this is the NSA is spying on us, but they can’t even keep track of their own employees. If he worked for China he would have already been bagged and tagged.

Obama’s unending campaigning augmented by his arrogance will leave him unscathed. The MSM will not abandon him and he knows it. What Nixon did was thumb sucking compared to what this unabashedly un-american creep and his underlings are doing and yet Nixon was hounded out of office as opposed to the messiah who is sure to leave January, 2017. But then again backed by his PC military he may choose to stay longer…Viva Zapata!
