George Zimmerman found not guilty of second degree murder

July 14, 2013

This morning we woke up to the news that the jury has acquitted George Zimmerman on both second degree murder and manslaughter–he is a free man. While this shows us that you still do have the right to defend yourself in the United States I am very concerned with the way this whole thing went down and I will lay out my reasons now.

Back when everyone thought that George Zimmerman was a white dude Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Barack Obama involved themselves in the story. We all know why race baiters such as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton became involved in this case, but why did Barack Obama stick his nose in where it did not belong?

The answer to that question is obvious to me as well: It was shortly before the election and Barack Obama was running a divisive campaign where his strategy was to pit rich against poor, gay against straight, man against woman, and black against white and he saw an opportunity in the Zimmerman/Martin case to further this narrative so he made a political calculation without a thought about the lives involved in this case.

And the propaganda arm of the Obama regime, also known as the mainstream media, played right along even as we learned that George Zimmerman was not a white dude and Trayvon Martin was not a child. Remaining unpersuaded by this news, and in an attempt to keep the race issue alive, the mainstream media came up with a new term, ‘white-Hispanic,’ to characterize George Zimmerman. But that was not enough to convict George Zimmerman so the propaganda campaign ramped it up another notch and NBC, ABC, and CNN were all caught basically lying and manipulating the audio and video evidence in the case. NBC was the worst offender when the news outlet edited the 911 tape, but all three were guilty in one form or another.

At this point the case came down to whether or not George Zimmerman acted in self-defense or whether or not he was the aggressor but one thing is for sure, this was not a racially motivated shooting as is evidenced by Zimmerman’s heritage and the race of his close relatives.

As bad as the media’s outright lies and manipulation remained until the very end (they are still calling Trayvon Martin a child) the story gets even more troubling to me because it wasn’t just the media trying to railroad this man: The Department of Injustice became involved in the case and pushed for the prosecution of George Zimmerman even though the Sanford Police were still actively investigating the case and did not have enough evidence to charge George Zimmerman at the time.

Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee was forced to resign for not charging George Zimmerman and the case was sent to the state attorney’s office where a special prosecutor was assigned who eventually consented to the Federal Government’s will and charged George Zimmerman with second degree murder for defending himself even though Florida’s stand your ground law provided George Zimmerman with this constitutional right. Bill Lee believes the investigation was hijacked from above for political purposes and I tend to agree with him. Bill Lee was a political casualty in Barack Obama’s quest for reelection and it cost him his career, George Zimmerman would have been the second casualty in this case and it would have cost him his freedom.

Much like Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the man who was blamed for the attack on Benghazi for having some marginal role in the creation of a youtube video which had nothing to do with the attack, Barack Obama was willing to let George Zimmerman rot in jail  for no other reason than the fact he was being used as a political pawn in his megalomaniac-like lust for power.

I think you pretty much have it right, Steve. This case was manipulated from the time it hit the news media. They manufactured a crisis that was not there and they did it for political purposes.

One thing though, this case may not be over. There is already talk of the DOJ taking up the case to see if Zimmerman violated Trayvon Martin’s civil rights. I’ll be surprised if they don’t go after him on that trumped up charge.

OB is supposed to be a constitutional lawyer’s lawyer. I don’t know what constition he studied, but it wasn’t the US Constitution. Now he is at it again by inserting himself into a court proceeding.

“When President Obama proclaimed that those who commit sexual assault in the military should be “prosecuted, stripped of their positions, court-martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged,” it had an effect he did not intend: muddying legal cases across the country.

In at least a dozen sexual assault cases since the president’s remarks at the White House in May, judges and defense lawyers have said that Mr. Obama’s words as commander in chief amounted to “unlawful command influence,” tainting trials as a result. Military law experts said that those cases were only the beginning and that the president’s remarks were certain to complicate almost all prosecutions for sexual assault. ” NY Times

Unlawful command influence should be an impeachable offense!

A good read as always Steve. Plan on the race baiting poverty pimps along with our white-black president trying their best to burn down our cities. It’s a good bet Holder and his DOJ will do their part in illustrating that the only tolerance for a perpetrator’s death is black on white or black on black. And how safe are the six jurors who dared to rule on overwhelming evidence and common sense? We shall wait and see.

Thanks Peter, I actually wrote most of this post last night before the verdict was in. I had assumed that Zimmerman would be found guilty so I had quite a bit of rewriting to do this morning. If these jurors are smart they will never come forward because they will be putting themselves in jeopardy.

Since January 1, 2013 there have been 157 blacks killed in Chicago by gunshot or stabbing with sixteen of them being under 18 years of age. The fact that exactly zero of these murders have been heard of outside of Chicago tells me that the only reason the Zimmerman trial was made into a media spectacle was because you are completely right, it was for racial and political fodder. Nobody who shouted ‘Oh, poor Trayvon, the injustice!’ cared a twit about him or they’d also be shouting about the dead in Chicago.

Thanks Charles, there is no doubt in my mind this was purposely made into a political issue because they thought there was a hate crime here. If the regime was being honest they would admit to the American people that Chicago is proof that gun control does not work.

Well, of course gun control doesn’t work in Chicago! And, no, they don’t give a rats ass about any of those kids and it really makes you wonder WHY! You would think the Justice Brothers could go to Chicago just as easily as they did for the Zimmerman fiasco, well, you would! Chicago goes on a shooting spree on a nightly basis.
I feel that justice was served, Zimmerman was not guilty. I listened to the trial and looked at the facts and evidence and it proved he was not guilty. You do not use “feelings” for making a decision.
I am glad he has Mark O’Mara as his attorney, it sounds like he is on top of filing against NBC for the altered 911 call, etc. He is also going to have to go up against DOJ Holder, let us keep him in our thoughts that this man has the ability and stamina to do what needs to be done to stop this insanity that is called our Administration. If they get away with this, will any of us be safe to “protect” ourselves against someone attacking us in the future?

I heard he was going to look at suing NBC as well and I hope he goes for it! The MSM cannot continue to lie without getting called out on it.
