Sequester: Barack Obama threatens our veterans with a loss of benefits, yet his dog flies separately to Martha’s Vineyard
It was plastered all over the internet and on Facebook today: While the Obama’s arrived in Martha’s Vineyard the other day for yet another vacation, their dog arrived separately today on a plane via taxpayer dollar.
I only write about this because it was just the other night that Barack Obama addressed a group of veterans and told them the sequester threatened their benefits:
It’s hurting our military. I made it clear that your veteran’s benefits are exempt from this year’s sequester,” the president said to the applause of hundreds at the Disabled American Veterans’ convention in Orlando, Fla. “But I want to tell you going forward the best way to protect the VA care you have earned is to get rid of this sequester altogether
While attempting to scare our heroes into pressuring Congressional Republicans to cave in and reverse the sequester cuts he failed to mention two small details about the sequester: One, it was his idea in the first place; and two, he has the final say on what gets cut and what does not. (A third point would be that there are no actual cuts, but only a reduction in future spending.)
Barack Obama is tasked with prioritizing where the money is spent and where the money is cut. It is clear that he finds it a higher priority to take care of his dog than he does at taking care of our veterans.

It is nothing short of blackmail to get public support for MORE spending. Geeez!!!!

About 2 years ago a Vietnam era Chinook was used to transport 35 fighting men, including 22 members of Seal Team 6 when they last their lives in a highly suspicious set of circumstances and what would be a vile cover up in any past administration no matter the party. No Premier Obama uses three different military aircraft to ferry different family members to yet another family vacation. The family dog got its own flight on an Osprey! seriously, Seal Team members die on an aging aircraft and a friggin dog gets a ride on a brand new shiny VTOL. Is there no awakening the shame and anger of the American sheeple? If we can not find a way for each one of us who still possesses common sense to reach out on a one on one level to those cool-aid drinking lemmings and open their hearts and minds, we WILL join Rome and other false empires on the scrap heap of history.
Please, every one, find a mindless liberal and begin an outreach, stir the pot, ask them the questions they are afraid to confront or we are lost.

Extortion 17 is a cover up which rivals what happened in Benghazi and yet this one isn’t even on the radar with the people or with the Congress. Interesting that BO would fly better than our Navy SEALs.

The elite treatment that Obama demands even for the family dog is just one more manifestation of his imperial attitude — his sense of entitlement as in “It’s OUR turn now.”
We the taxpayers are the serfs. Period.
The concerns of our military are not even a blip on Obama’s screen.

Exactly, Obama (and especially Michelle) feels he is owed this by the American people for some perceived injustices and they are taking everything they can get.

This POS (Piece Of Sh_t) MUST pay for his frivolous ways. He MUST be IMPEACHED, and it starts in the Congress!!!!!!!!!! Apparently, according to Muslim law, “they” cannot ride in the same vehicle with any 4 legged animal. Someone look that up please, cos I heard it as a rumor. Easy to believe why Bo gets the so-called royal treatment.

I hadn’t heard that but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if it were true.

He has his priorities! We just do not happen to be in his list of “important stuff”.

Yep, we all have to prioritize and we can see where his priorities are.

I made the comment on another blog that it seems Barack Obama is slapping the rest of us in the face. Seriously, I don’t care if he takes his dog with him on vacation or not, but to fly him out on a separate airplane is far past the point of being ridiculous. Even politically speaking, his advisers should have told him that was a bad idea. Otherwise, it is just plain rude and insensitive.

It is almost like he is doing it to draw a reaction from us because he must know how this looks and he simply does not care.
