A top United States archivist claims the IRS broke the law by not reporting Lois Lerner’s lost emails
Despite IRS Commissioner John Koskinen’s claim to the contrary the top United States archivist, David Ferriero, stated in sworn testimony today that the IRS did in fact break the law by not reporting the loss of Lois Lerner’s emails in a timely fashion.

The nation’s top archivist says the Internal Revenue Service did not follow the law when it failed to report the loss of records belonging to a senior IRS executive.
David Ferriero says federal law requires that government agencies must notify the National Archives and Records Administration when it becomes aware that federal records are lost.
Ferriero says his organization learned of the lost records about three years after the fact.
The only question I have at this point is simply, when are charges finally going to be filed?

There is a lot of information to be covered and, as November approaches, more Democrats will jump ship, giving lip service like Bart Simpson, “Ididn’tdoityoucan’tproveitsomebodyelsedidit!” just to distance themselves and attempt to salvage their traitorous careers, so expect a somewhat steady diet of news stories and perhaps one or two blockbusters. At times, I feel the way DeNiro’s character of Al Capone did, with the morning newspaper to delight over.

Yes there is quite a bit to cover, I am amazed at all the information you manage to put out there. We are now seeing Hillary trying to distance herself from Obama and I expect many other Democrats to do the same as his numbers continue to drop. We must not let them get away with this, it should not be forgotten that they helped Obama every step of the way so they are duplicitous in the policies which Americans are turning away from.
