The Department of Justice will not investigate the CIA for allegedly spying on the Senate Intelligence Committee
You may remember that back in March of this year Dianne Feinstein and the CIA were involved in a little spat: she claimed the CIA was illegally accessing the computers of the Intelligence Committee. Then the CIA turned the tables on Dianne Feinstein and accused Senate staffers of illegally accessing their computers.
I remember this story well because I found it extremely ironic that the woman who vigorously defended the NSA’s paying program until her poll numbers started to drop was so outraged when an agency was allegedly spying on her and her committee. While if these stories are true people should be prosecuted I could not help but feel a little schadenfreude.
The news today should not make Dianne Feinstein feel any better because the Department of Injustice has announced it will not investigate the CIA for spying on the Senate Intelligence Committee.
The Department of Justice will not investigate the Central Intelligence Agency for alleged spying on the Senate Intelligence Committee, McClatchy reported Thursday.
This comes as no surprise to me, however Dianne Feinstein must be feeling a blow to her ego to find out her committee is going to be treated by the Injustice Department in the same manner as the American people were in regards to the NSA spying scandal, the IRS targeting scandal, and the Black Panthers voter intimidation case.
All people are equal under the law regardless of a person’s station in the ruling class, as Dianne Feinstein just found out, and in Eric Holder’s Department of Justice that means all people will receive the same injustice. Unless of course Eric Holder can use a case to pursue Barack Obama’s radical agenda…

Thanks for the info Steve I will contact my (dis) Honorable Senator and tell her “I feel her pain”. But I don’t think it is quite right to say everyone receives the same injustice. I think Holder gives a little extra injustice to his favorites enemies.
And I too share the “schadenfreude”. (great word)

It is hard not to feel a little schadenfreude at this, isn’t it?!

Everyone in America has a right to be spied on. That;s not in the Bill of Rights, but I’m sure that was just an oversight. Sigh!
