Barack Obama admits he underestimated ISIS, blames intelligence

September 29, 2014

z-islamic-caliphate-flag Barack Obama has this really annoying little habit of taking all the credit when things go well but spreading the blame around when things do not go so well. A classic example of this would be when Barack Obama ran around the country taking credit for ending the war in Iraq during the 2012 presidential campaign only to claim this was not his decision after all once the situation deteriorated and ISIS started its uprising in the area.

Now he is at in again over the issue of Iraq and ISIS: on ’60 Minutes’ last night Barack Obama admitted that ‘WE’ underestimated Iraq. By ‘WE’ he meant the intelligence community let him down. First he blamed Iraq for Iraq and now he is blaming intelligence for Iraq…

This is not sitting well with the intelligence community and an unnamed source is now claiming they have been warning the President about ISIS since before the 2012 election but he ignored the warnings.

  Here is more:

President Barack Obama’s intelligence briefings have provided him with specific information since before he won re-election in 2012 about the growing threat of the terror group now known alternatively as ISIS and ISIL, an administration insider told MailOnline on Monday.

‘Unless someone very senior has been shredding the president’s daily briefings and telling him that the dog ate them, highly accurate predictions about ISIL have been showing up in the Oval Office since before the 2012 election,’ said a national security staffer in the Obama administration who is familiar with the content of intelligence briefings.

The staffer declined to share anything specific about the content of those briefings, citing his need to maintain a security clearance.

But ‘it’s true,’ he said, ‘that the [intelligence] community was sending pretty specific intel up to us.’

‘We were seeing specific threat assessments and many of them have panned out exactly as we were told they would.

But of course Barack Obama had an election to win and he was telling the American people that al Qaeda was on the run, and much like the attack in Benghazi, this would have disproved his claims and so he ignored it in the hope that he could deal with it after his reelection was secured.

Even the liberal website ‘The Daily Beast’ is not buying this excuse

His junior varsity turned out to to be the A-Team, didn’t it. This is like him touting the that the war on terror is winding down and al Qaeda is on its heels. He will always put “himself” in the best light especially if there is an election on the line. Obama is a bench warmer for his Junior Varsity White House team.

He’s actually getting too irritating to waste time or energy on, esp. since whatever comes out of his mouth is worthless. He’s a millstone drag.

I wonder what the ratings were. I am with you, I cannot be bothered to listen to him.

For some, at the ‘beginning’ of a.k.a obama’s ‘entry’: Chris Matthews: “I Felt This Thrill Going Up My Leg” As Obama Spoke.’ On his 911 dedication and ‘using’ Scripture, many stated: “turned my stomach”; and even for Matthews ‘the trill is gone.’ What does that leave us with? A worse than B grade movie actor – arrogant & unsightly – being played over and over again. What the public is shown is nothing, compared to the real nuts and bolts being put in place of the ‘beast machine’ made ready for the big take down. Diversionary tactics in play, providing free rein (reign) for the real usurpers: wasting our valuable time with obstacles & false fronts. The more we watch the hand with the puppet, the less we see what the left hand’s doing (operating the octopus arms) – & it ain’t good.
