Jonathan Gruber faces accusations of ‘phantom billing’ in Vermont
Jonathan Gruber has been caught several times on video admitting that he purposely mislead the American people on Obamacare in order to pass healthcare reform, but if this story is true that might just be the beginning of his problems.
One Vermont official is now questioning the prospect that Jonathan Gruber might be guilty of “phantom billing” for services he supposedly rendered to that state. In the healthcare industry “phantom billing” is when somebody bills an entity for services which were not provided and now it appears as if Jonathan Gruber might have billed that state for services which he did not provide.
Here is more:
“Jonathan Gruber has failed to provide any evidence that the $80,000 he’s been paid by the state of Vermont for 800 hours of work he claimed was performed by unidentified research assistants was actually performed, or that these research assistants even exist and were paid,” Johnston told Breitbart News.
“There’s a term in health care for the practice of billing for services not provided. It’s called ‘phantom billing,’ and when doctors or health care providers do this, they face criminal charges.”
To date Jonathan Gruber has refused to provide any information regarding this potential scandal:
To date, Vermont State Auditor Doug Hoffer’s inquiry has not addressed the possibility that Gruber’s receipt of $80,000 for work he claims was done by research assistants may be “phantom billing.”
Hoffer has asked for only the minimal information from Gruber about his research assistants: their names, employment status, and contact information. Gruber has refused to provide this information.
What possible motivation could Jonathan Gruber have for not releasing any information which would exonerate him unless, of course, he does not have any? Stay tuned…

It would be sweet to nail him with something that would stick.

Could he be the ‘pasty’ being thrown under the bus? Not to say he shouldn’t be brought up on this and other fraudulent actions, but if he were Holder would this be happening?

Yeah, I think he will be the one thrown under the bus. It is not like he does not deserve it but there are others who do as well!
