The IRS will be handing out Earned Income Tax Credit back-refunds to illegal immigrants…who have not paid taxes
The IRS is on one hell of a roll this week: yesterday the agency came under fire for seizing the assets of some small business owners who were not suspected of any crime and now, according to this story, the IRS will be handing out Earned Income Tax Credit refunds to illegal immigrants even if they have not previously filed a tax return.
Here is more:
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday that even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim back-refunds once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty.
On Wednesday, he said even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to apply for back-credits once they get Social Security numbers.
“Under the new program, if you get a Social Security number and you work, you’ll be eligible to apply for the Earned Income Tax Credit,” Mr. Koskinen said.
He said that would apply even “if you did not file” taxes, as long as the illegal immigrant could demonstrate having worked off-the-books during those years.
If this is true and you are an illegal immigrant who worked “off-the-books” this means you illegally did not file the proper tax returns and yet you are still going to be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit as if you did follow the tax law.
Correct me if I am wrong but is not “off-the-books” the same as working under the table? And is not working under the table normally frowned upon by the IRS for obvious reasons?
So in other words is appears as if illegal immigrants will be rewarded for something which American citizens would be prosecuted for. Am I missing something here?

No, you didn’t miss anything…this is WELFARE for illegals! If we tried to work off the books, we would be put in prison, guess once again we have those pesky “double standards”. It seems that AMERICANS are the ones with no right now, doesn’t it? Our government wants to make sure OUR tax returns suck every dime they can from us, we have alot of inherited relatives that need to be FED AND WATERED, now! I almost hate going into the stores and seeing “families” of illegals, (I cannot prove they are, but you know that gut feeling?) that are in there spending MY money. I see the WIC vouchers for the all kids, then I see what is not paid for out of benefits and they whip out a wad of bills….this is while I am trying to go easy on what I am spending. You almost want to tell them “you are welcome” as they walk off. We have a special place in our Walmart that cashes checks for the illegals and sends money home for them….talk about enabling!!!

False Flags? Surely they would not do that to us, would they? I think from what it looks like, all the BIG lettered departments are kind of blending together in our Government and not for the better. We no longer have if one of them is acting up another will put the finger on them….that has not happened for a long time. It seems to be all about cover ups now and we are the ones that just have to believe what we are told as it being the truth. I know there have to be good people working in the lower positions, but if the Government controls the higher offices, they control anyone below them. Oh, I know, we have a hearing now and then, but it is all hot air and they fizzle out pretty quickly. We, at some point have to admit that our Government just doesn’t have our best interest at heart!

This just about sent me over the edge! So, does this mean that ANYONE who chooses to come to the US can receive the hard earned tax refund that WE have put blood, sweat and tears into? Where will this craziness stop? We Americans have to jump through hoops to get our tax dollars back but all they have to do is show up and extend their hand to get OUR money?? REALLY Obama!?! You have bumped your head and given yourself a concussion this time!!! &%*$#@!!!!!!

Why would this surprise you, Lorra? As usual, we the American people are always the ones that lose out when it comes to a Democratically controlled Government. I know, I know, we have a House AND Senate that are Republican controlled now, so why are they not acting like it? What about putting the votes needed back to 51 instead of 60? McConnell could do that, will he, no, because he is better than the Democrats and he is not going to play that game. So, we have the filibusters hitting hot and heavy and nothing getting passed and the blame put on the Republicans…makes you wonder why things always stay the same??? They never learn that you have to play by the same rules as the Democrats IF you want to ever have control, guess the Republicans have not learned that. OR, we are slowing moving towards a one party system and it will not make any difference what we want in the future, they will make sure we get what we need from their point of view!

I AGREE IT IS MADDENING, AT OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX AND OTHERS LOCALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR HELP WITH RENT, UTILITIES, FOOD, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. JUST LAST WEEK, A GOOD FRIEND OF OURS HELPED US OUT WITH FIFTY DOLLARS SO THAT WE COULD GET SOME FOOD AND VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS. HE HAS HELPED OUT ON OTHER OCCASSIONS AS WELL. WE KNOW THERE HAS TO BE FATALITIES FROM THIS. I HAVE TO WORK TWICE AS HARD, BECAUSE I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, AND THERE IS A SILENT WAR BETWEEN THE YOUNGER WORKERS AND THE MUCH OLDER WORKERS, NOW WE HAVE A WAR WITH THE ILLEGALS. RECENTLY, I HAVE BEGINNING TO RECEIVE SOME PROSPECTS FOR WORK. I hope you find a job futuret, perhaps you would be better off leaving the country and then coming back illegally. The deck is being stacked against us and it is sad when illegals seem to have more benefits from taxes than the American people who pay them!

Looks like you have hit the nail on the head, Lou. We seem to be leaning in the one-party direction as we watch our ‘leaders’ bending over and not doing as We The People ask or what is in our best interests. No, I’m not surprised at all! I’m pissed off, as I know many of us are. Never in memory do I remember a time when our voices seemed so small and insignificant. The next two years will not go fast enough, IMHO, and wonder if the new regime will be of any consequence or if they will continue on this same destructive path. Time will tell and God is in control… 🙂

That’s okay Steve and “YES” I did Lou! No ‘being-haved! I use this verse: “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, …” It’s from Romans 1, 28- part of 29. I think ‘Scripture verses’ are not acceptable and tipoff something! On the news I see that the ‘acting prez’ is speaking about the 3 Muslim killed. He’ll do that for them and ‘make something out of it’ as a hate crime, but when those killings he’s involved willed is justified. AND, who knows, maybe some ‘plain clothes’ did it to justify some DHS increased more un-Constitutional action.
My ‘main comment’ went with the steam here that, the enemy is in leadership positions and their party isn’t for us – regardless what they call themselves!
