New poll finds 63% of likely voters think foreign donations influenced Hillary Clinton’s actions as Secretary of State
According to this story Rasmussen is out with a new poll which shows that 63% of likely voters believe foreign donations to The Clinton Foundation may have influenced her actions while she was Secretary of State.
Here is more:
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 63% of Likely U.S. Voters think it’s likely some actions Clinton took as secretary of State were influenced by donations made to the Clinton Foundation. This includes 42% who say it’s Very Likely. Thirty percent (30%) consider it unlikely that Clinton’s actions were influenced by donations, but that includes only 12% who say it’s Not At All Likely.
This is not good news for the former Secretary of State but does it really matter? Here are the poll results on how Mrs. Clinton compares to other politicians on the issue of ethics:
Nineteen percent (19%) of all voters believe Clinton is more ethical than most politicians. But twice as many (39%) say she is less ethical than her political peers. Thirty-eight percent (38%) view her ethics as about the same as others in politics.
While only 19% believe she is more ethical than other politicians the divide is, for all intents and purposes, equal when it comes to voters who feel she is either less ethical than other politicians or about the same as other politicians. This tells me that the voters basically do not trust any politician and I have to admit I am right there with them on this issue.
If this is the case it seems to me that because voters do not really trust any politician The Clinton Foundation scandal will just be seen as business as usual and to be expected from a politician, meaning that this might not have a negative effect on her Presidential aspirations. Unless a candidate can emerge with a strong message that he or she is not like the average politician that is, and of course that is the message Barack Obama had in 2008 and we have all seen how that worked out…

How could possibly not?

Exactly, the only people who believe it did not are those that want to believe it.

Business as usual when dealing w/ this LOT: Ecuador Family Wins Favors After Donations to Democrats. “The Obama administration overturned a ban preventing a wealthy, politically connected Ecuadorean woman from entering the United States after her family gave tens of thousands of dollars to Democratic campaigns, according to finance records and government officials. The woman, Estefanía Isaías, had been barred from coming to the United States after being caught fraudulently obtaining visas for her maids. But the ban was lifted at the request of the State Department under former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton so that Ms. Isaías could work for an Obama fund-raiser with close ties to the administration.” http://www.nytimes.com/2014/12/17/world/americas/ecuador-isaias-obama-campaign-robert-menendez-hillary-clinton.html?_r=0
Some still ‘have to pay for alien smuggling’ other’s the Gov. pays for to have shipped in. Crooked house rules, they’re all in it together.

I forgot about that story but now that you remind me I think I did a post on it. You are right, this is nothing new and they are all in on it, I think that is why Obama isn’t saying much about it.
