Barack Obama fails to comply with court order, has not rescinded illegally issued amnesties
Back in February Federal Judge Andrew Hanen issued an injunction halting part of Barack Obama’s Executive immigration but in May the Department of Homeland Security admitted to breaking that injunction. Of course nobody did a damn thing about it so it should come as no surprise to learn in this story that Barack Obama is once again not in compliance with the court.

The Obama administration still hasn’t fully rescinded the 2,000 three-year amnesties it wrongly issued four months ago in violation of a court order, government lawyers recently admitted in court, spurring a stern response from the judge who said the matter must be cleaned up by the end of July — or else.
It’s the latest black eye for President Obama’s amnesty policy and the immigration agency charged with carrying it out. The agency bungled the rollout, issuing three-year amnesties even while assuring the judge it had stopped all action hours after a Feb. 16 injunction.
Of course the Obama regime is claiming it is making every effort to comply with the court injunction:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the agency responsible for overseeing the amnesty, said it’s trying to round up all of the permits, sending out two-year amnesties and pleading with the illegal immigrants to return the three-year cards.
The permits in question just happen to be the same 2,000 permits the Obama regime issued illegally after the injunction was put into effect by Judge Hanen so it makes it hard to believe this is simply a case of logistics. It makes it appear as if the regime is openly taunting the courts and is in no hurry to comply with the order.
Are you telling me they cannot find these people? After all was not this supposed to take these people out of the shadows? So the only question is; who is going to do anything about it? If history can be used as a predictor of the future the answer is nobody. And do you think Barack Obama is worried about the deadline put on him by the court?

Well, no he is not worried. You know, I wish I could get by with half the crap this Administration does! They just dare someone, anyone to do something to them and apparently there is only a lone judge that is willing to step up to the plate. That says alot about the judge and speaks volumes about the rest of the court system. If I could always just get away with crap, I think I still have enough morals and integrity and ethics to know it is wrong and NOT DO IT! Guess Obama never learned that lesson, huh?

Lou, this man steps over all boundaries. I’m not trying to be ‘racist’ but I have to wonder that if this president were white would he get away with all that Obama has? Is the fact that he is black make others shy away in fear of being called a racist to call him on his shit?? If Obama pulled a Monica Lawinski moment in the White House would it be brushed over? If Obama pulled a Watergate stunt would he be impeached or would others look the other way in fear? OK, that might be pushing it a bit but you get my point. Obama has pulled more stunts in his administration yet HE IS STILL IN OFFICE!!! Blows my mind at times.

I doubt he would get away with what he has, if that is what you are asking. Of course people are afraid to say anything, no one wants to be called a “racist”. I tell you, I have been called much worse and it that is the worse they want to call me, then it is a good day. No, we would not get away with the massive amounts of crap he has done.

Comply is not for him – but everyone else.
His actions and attitude are of no surprised, rather we’re surprised that ‘no one’ is doing anything about it! It keeps bringing to mind the show ‘Person of Interest’ and the ‘mean machine computer Samaritan’ that wants to dictate everyones lives – even thought they’re irrelevant! And there’s only a ‘few’ who are really in control, who themselves are being controlled! That show began ‘conditioning’ people to the reality of NSA and shadow governing heads of State and County even before Snow came out publicly about it. The way things are going they won’t have to repeal any of the amendments, they’ll just ‘change it all up’ and replace it with their own UN Global Agenda – just like a card shark.

Until somebody stands up against him he is going to keep pushing the envelope and I don’t see anybody who has what it takes to do anything about this.

Things just have a way of happening if it concerns certain people. Then you have to wonder how it was ruled a natural death OR an accident. Vince Foster comes to mind. Ron Brown. Loretta Fuddy Andrew Breitbart. How many skeletons do you think are in the closets of all those “important” people that hold offices?

OT, I saw this article this morning. I am wondering if the military, being at high alert, are being allowed to carry their weapons on base? Has this president not learned that they are sitting ducks if someone comes on base loaded for bear? When I saw this picture of these 2 men, I have to question how safe we are if THEY are in control of the situation. Neither one of them gives me a “safe” feeling. For some reason I am left with the feeling that no one is watching our backs in this Administration.
