Barack Obama is hiding Iran nuclear side deals from the Senate
The Constitution of the United States of America, Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2:
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur
This sentence is pretty clear; the President has the power to make treaties provided that 2/3 of the Senate gives its consent to the agreement. Barack Obama and John Kerry have concluded a treaty with Iran on nuclear power (weapons) yet before the Senate had a chance to give its consent the President submitted it to the United Nations for approval. This would seem to be a clear violation of the Constitution and needless to say there are many in the Senate who are not happy about it.
I have to be honest, it is hard to feel sorry for those in the Senate who are bitching about this because it was not all that long ago they willingly gave away their power to oversee trade treaties when they voted to give the President fast-track authority but that is not the point. This is what happens when both sides are more than willing to ignore the Constitution when needs be–this is why I call them selective Constitutionalists.
But in addition to submitting this deal to the United Nations before the Senate had a chance to give its consent, it turns out if this story is true, that the Obama regime is not letting the Senate see the entire deal–it is being reported there are side deals which are being negotiated on weapons inspections which the Senate will not be privy to.

President Obama won’t allow Congress to review two key aspects of the Iranian Nuclear deal, Republican lawmakers learned from international partners last week. Under the terms of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the International Atomic Energy Agency would negotiate separately with Iran about the inspection of a facility long-suspected of being used to research long-range ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons.
“The Obama administration has failed to make public separate side deals that have been struck for the ‘inspection’ of one of the most important nuclear sites—the Parchin military complex,” said Representative Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) in a statement Tuesday. “Not only does this violate the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, it is asking Congress to agree to a deal that it cannot review.”
This is wrong on a couple of levels, first: the obvious Constitutional violation of hiding parts of a treaty from the Senate which needs to provide its consent before the deal can be ratified, and second; there is no need for a Nuclear Agreement Review Act in the first place because the Senate already had the Constitutional authority to review the deal.

If Congress does not rein in Obama, it will be up to We the People and 1776v2.0. It’s a very limited set of options.

Yep, no one advertising it (MSM) and still it happened….there are alot of pissed off people in this Nation, that is not a good thing OR is it? Allen West was on the stage there, as well, and I have never heard him so fired up, he is what this country should be run by, him and his kind of patriot…will post here the video of him talking, I posted elswhere, but it deserves a second posting in case anyone missed what he had to say.

Just now watched the video. Here in NY/NJ metro area there was probably a complete blackout. In my car listening to WOR and WABC for an hour, no mention at all. Watching FOX 5 from 7:15-8:30 this morning, no mention at all. I may be mistaken but I don’t think so. The fix is in.

They do not want anyone to know that there are actually people out here that do NOT agree with Dear Leader! It is pretty bad that the media has fallen so low that they will cover on something that will have devastating effects on ALL of us in the future….how much more can a country take before it is brought to its’ knees? I know that is the goal, it is very apparent that is what it is!

That’s right Lou, the MSM thinks that if people do not see there are people out there who oppose the President that they will think it is just them and not a majority. If people believe they are alone in what they believe it is more likely they will keep quiet because they don’t want to be seen as a crazy person, this is part of the way the media shapes opinion rather than report the news.

The thing about this, is those Corp.s who aren’t being represented by their bought out Congress and now the Senate, what’s going to happen when Bari’s action disrupts their gravy train, while doing the bidding of his master(s)? This is just one issue, what about all the others things being done to the marketplace – the major Globalist reap and the others fall to the wayside.

I ran across this and thought you all might like to watch it,,,it is beyond stupid, but hey, if the county/city can get extra money, whatever! We have a “Code Enforcer” group of Prius’ running around town hitting landlords up for grass/weeds over 10″ tall….granted, it needs to be cut, but they used to give you a notice…not anymore. Now it is $150 fine, $150 to cut it and anywhere from $250 up for “administration fees….see a pattern there? Lots and lots of free money coming in. This is why, even though our renters all have in the lease they are responsible for yard mowing, in the end I will be fined.

Hmmm, the link AND the video were both interesting, I have not heard of Dave before. However, you have to understand I was a bit reluctant to click on ANY link you post, given your past track record!
As for me being a first responder, not sure if that is in my favor anymore or not, since this world is not normal and things are not always what they seem.

It used to be that you did not go into a scene until it was secured, now I am not so sure you can rely on that, given how many are “set-ups” to get a response to a certain area. Guess what I am saying is, I doubt I would feel very safe going in without police escort now, things have become crazy. The police are not safe now, either, in some cases when they show up on a call. At one time, I was considering being a deputy County Coroner, I like that sort of work, but some of the areas are questionable that you have to go into and at all hours of the night, too.

Of course now Obama is claiming it is not a treaty. I don’t think even Obama or Kerry know what is in the thing. It was negotiated by the IEAA or whatever the heck it is called.

Maybe a military coup is needed – having him and those like him to lead it off. It would be nice to have the military and police protect our rights instead following the orders of the ‘enemy in charge’ in all Gov. Branches! You’re right about ‘him being a men’ too Lou. With what’s going in with social conditioning, the water and air it makes male’s more like females and females more like males – which is part of the ‘Plan’ – strip human dignity and identity ~ esp. that which is God-given [the acting god wants the Throne].

Oh ya, there is that pesky little detail…that will be the downfall of the party and either they do not know this OR they do not care. I would imagine they are fully aware of what they are doing….now if they only used that cunning for the GOOD of the party and not to destroy us.

The job is going very slowly and it is not going to be done after next week. I am on vacation after next week but I have no idea if they are going to want me to come back down after my vacation is over.

My boss will probably head down there for the week I am on vacation but I do not seeing it being done after that, there is a ton of work to do. I might have to go back after that but I do not know. Hell, at this point I don’t even know when I am flying home!

As is usually the case, President Obama is doing whatever he wants to do, regardless if it is in line with the Constitution. And the United States Senate, Republican leadership and all, is letting him get away with it with nary a word of protest.
