Open thread for Sunday, August 2nd: ‘Home Again’
Here is the open thread for Sunday, August 2nd. Please feel free to post links to interesting articles and to discuss whatever issues arise during the course of the day. Nothing is off-topic here.
I spent last week working in Virginia so we only covered 4 stories but did you miss any of them? If so there is an easy way to make sure it does not happen again. I understand that all of you are busy and cannot always find the time to check the blog for updates so why not subscribe to America’s Watchtower and receive email updates whenever I write a new post? That is the easiest way to follow the blog to ensure you never miss another post.
In addition to subscribing you can also follow America’s Watchtower on Facebook and Twitter by clicking the links on the right. But you will get more than that for I often post links to articles I probably will not be writing about so it is a great way to keep up with what is happening.
The Twitter widget in the sidebar is fully interactive. This widget updates my tweets in real time and allows you to respond to or retweet my tweets right from the blog. It also allows you to tweet me right from America’s Watchtower. How cool is that! If you do not have a Twitter account what better reason do you need to sign up for one!
After working a few hours in the morning we packed up the van and headed home on an 11 hour drive but here I am and hey it’s good to be back home again.

Top one ‘illuminati classic b/w floor’ – illusion, the drugging, leading into the bizarre, the strange and disassociton – the pit. Being rescued … but really? or just allowed to leave and continue it all over again.
Some of these vids really show the source behind the backing, the supple of intent and inspiration – the ‘media powers that be’ conditioning and manipulation (programming). Interesting one Swiss ~ as usually, a bit off the wall!

Human League, I use to listen to them back in college (oops – age!), ‘Don’t you want me baby’. Back then, of course, I never considered their lyrics much – not sure I even heard this one before ‘Do Or Die’. Remember Grace Jones was hip then too – a night clubbing pusher. Entangled in the web. The LORD’s Best to you as well Swiss!

I’ve only heard the two Human League songs that were getting play back in the day so I hadn’t heard this one before either.

I like Band Early years, like many it goes here and there until they find themself and will keep a certain structure, to go to those first Simple Minds It’s a Delight
But Human League again, Zip I think we are about the same age, but I’m younger than Steve lol

I grew up on John Denver, he died too young! Good song and glad you are back home. Imagine there was alot there waiting for you, by that I mean your family AND stuff that only you can do!
I have been reading about the officer shot down in Memphis, I think we are going to be having more and more of this happening. I know who I am blaming for the racial tension, imagine you can figure that one out.

Good to be home and now I am on vacation! I might be going back to Virginia when my vacation is over but it will only be a week at the most this time.
I have not read much about that cop but I do fear we are going to be seeing more of this.
