Hillary Clinton turned over a blank email server to the FBI

August 13, 2015

The big news coming out of the Hillary Clinton camp over the last couple of days is the fact that she has turned over her email server to the FBI. It is interesting to note the way she and the mainstream media are spinning this to make it appear as if she is voluntarily complying with an FBI request when we all know the truth is the FBI seized the server and Hillary Clinton had no choice in the matter–the FBI was going to get this server one way or the other but we will play along for the purpose of this post.

However it is now being reported that the server Hillary Clinton turned over to the FBI, which once held all her State Department correspondence, has been wiped clean–there is nothing on it. Here is more:

Hillary Clinton’s personal email server, now in possession of the Justice Department, contains no data from her time as secretary of state.

The emails it once contained were shifted onto a different server in June 2013 after Clinton tapped a Denver company to manage the system, according to a report from the Washington Post.

Platte River Networks assumed responsibility for the controversial email network after Clinton left her State Department post in 2013. The FBI visited Platte River’s offices last week as part of its investigation into the arrangement.

The technology firm transferred the server Clinton had used to host government communications from the basement of her Chappaqua, N.Y., home to a data center in New Jersey, where the FBI ultimately acquired the now-blank server late Wednesday afternoon.

After months of obstructing and refusing to cooperate with the investigation Hillary Clinton finally turns over her private email server and it just happens to have been erased–I guess we now know why there was such a long delay before she decided to turn it over.

But the story gets even better and you guys are going to love this one: in one of Hillary Clinton’s most recently released emails she actually asked if she could borrow a book entitled Send: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do It Better. Chapter six of this book is entitled “The Email That Can Land You In Jail” and one of the sections in that chapter is called “How to Delete Something So It Stays Deleted.” You honestly cannot make this shit up!

It sounds like that book came in handy…

Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium

Definitely that was my first thought, too, the first time I heard the headline that she was turning over a server: Does it matter? Won’t she have deleted everything first?

But the fact that she asked to borrow Send really is the hidden punchline, as you said—thank you for sharing that! Too funny!

I also like the last paragraph in that story—like Clinton, Spitzer tried to learn and apply strong e-mail track-covering skills, but still got caught. It’s difficult to keep a secret forever in the information age, praise God.

“Instead of deleting, the authors suggest never putting sensitive information in an email, quoting disgraced former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer: ‘”Never talk when you can nod. And never write when you can talk. My only addendum is never put it in an email.” (We know…we know. Spitzer resigned. And before that, his short-lived administration was embroiled in a controversy where the smoking guns were on email. But it’s still really good advice.)'”

The angle of her asking for that book is just too delicious to ignore and I find it hard to believe this was just a coincidence!

We are assuming that this is THE server that she used….maybe it is another one that was brought in and not what she had actually used. Then she would know without a doubt that nothing would be on it. They should have done a bust months ago and taken it, but as usual, they gave a heads up and months for her to stall. If we all had that kind of notice, I bet NONE of us would ever get caught at anything, either.
The State Dept. has her back, still. That tells me she probably has trash on each and everyone that could do her any harm. This is a dangerous woman to not be taken lightly. I know they want to play her off as getting old, etc., etc., etc. Once evil ALWAYS evil, is the way I see it. Evil only intensifies and right now she doesn’t have much to lose, so she will probably go all out in the attack mode if she has to.

I’m sure she had others take care of it, just like ALL the other ‘delicate matters’. She doesn’t even ‘buy’ the book, she borrows it. Even that seems so strange. What’s would main-stream ABC bring that up for anyway? So much is illusion w/ this group – somethings always waging.

The Clintons have no idea anymore what it is like to be middle class! At some point they have become RICH, beyonds their wildest dreams. This is what happens when you go into politics and become bought and paid for by whoever needs something from you. How much of their money, would you say, has been earned honestly?
I won’t say it doesn’t sound nice to have someone else doing everything for you, at times, I would like a little help. But, there comes a time that you have lost all concept of what it is to be one of the little people that are struggling because of what the political class has forced upon you. The Clintons will never have to decide what payments to make and what to cut back on because you do not have the money. Give me just 1 million, that sounds like so little to ask for, doesn’t it?
I know it will not make any difference, but someday, I hope they are taken down a few notches and have to live under the rules they have forced us to live under.

Doesn’t seem like they ever had to live ‘under’ that reality Laura. And now, they see no reason to. But, like you state, they might not have a choice, when the time comes.

Might be that they’re just totally blind to it and deceived – not to excuse them, but with all the heavy ‘conditioning’ going on – just like in Germany, those people wouldn’t believe the truth even when it was pointed out to them – right in front of their faces (psychological mind control). Pride is a big factor.

You know, Bunker, the more I see all these shootings going on with Police Officers, the more I have to question why they are being put in the position of having to hesitate before they do their job. This Administration has become the enabler for many of the radical groups that are coming out and daring anyone to take them down. I see the videos of the taunting these thugs are doing to the Police and wonder what is going thru their head at the time! I can only imagine they are thinking, “please let me make it home to my family tonight”. I could not blame any of them if they walked off the job right now. When they have no backing from the DOJ or their own Mayor or Governor, what are they supposed to think? The thugs and protesters tear a town apart and the government comes in and rebuilds with our money. Thug families get compensated for the thugs that are “murdered”, what the hell is going on here? What about holding people accountable for what they are doing and damn what color they are? I believe you are responsible for what you do and in most part for where you are at any given time. I know there are circumstance that cannot be helped, but when you choose to be where you are and something happens to you, who is the stupid one? Then we have the ones that go to an area just hoping to get arrested so they can cry “foul” again, against the Police….that needs to stop. I know in any given field of occupation you have good and bad people, that is a given, but I am tired of people thinking all “cops” are bad, they are far from it. When I watched the video from Ferguson the other day, where they had a chain of people stopping people on I-70, that was just plain stupid…I would not have sat there either, I am glad that SUV went thru them. The SUV pushed slowing, no one was hurt…but they were sure as hell screaming and calling out the plate number…I think they were damn lucky that the truck drivers were not on that section of road, takes them longer to stop, IF they could. They sure need those “cops” when something happens to them, don’t they. What is wrong with these people, or should I call them protesters? We can thank Obama for stirring the pot, he has done more damage to this Nation in the short amount of years he has been in office that probably all the other Presidents put together….and as usual, he is on another vacation, how nice and convient for him!

OT, sort of! I found this list of Obamas accomplishments over at thextribune.com that I thought you might want to refresh your memory with…there has so much he has accomplished that I think it needs to be told OFTEN!

First President to go on multiple “global apology tours” and concurrent “insult our friends” tours.
First President to go on over 17 lavish vacations, in addition to date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends paid for by the taxpayers.
First President to have personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife.
First President to keep a dog trainer on retainer for $102,000 a year at taxpayer expense.
First President to fly in a personal trainer from Chicago at least once a week at taxpayer expense.

It’s hard to comprehend all this guy has gotten away with. Any other president would have been impeached! What in God’s name is wrong with our government that they allow this guy carte blanch? It absolutely boggles the mind!

I don’t think I have to go back, there is one more trip for testing the system but that most likely won’t be me because I am not the tester. I do want to eventually get into the testing and leave manufacturing because it would be a step up and the tester is going to retire next year so if they want me to go to help out I really cannot refuse. We did go to the Pentagon for my cousins retirement and that was in Virginia, I believe…took in some of the area, but only had about 3 days. It is pretty. My cousin lives in McLean, Virginia and just the ground is at a premium, so imagine the cost of living is pretty high. Maybe would not be as much snow as you say you have where you live.

Yeah, those of us who still work for a living are the real suckers! But yet we still know it is the right way to do things and so that is what we do. We were actually in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah Valley and it was beautiful, plus it comes with the historical aspect of the Civil War and Stonewall Jackson. I am a huge Civil War buff and Jackson is one of my heroes so it was remarkable to be in that area with all the history.
There actually is a ski area there but I have a feeling there still would not be as much snow there! 🙂
