Hillary Clinton was responsible for determining if her emails were classified
Since Hillary Clinton’s email scandal first surfaced the former Secretary of State defended her use of a homebrew email server by claiming she never sent nor received classified information on the server which was locked in somebody’s bathroom.
This excuse never held water for two reasons: First; because she conducted ALL State Department business on this homebrew server this would mean she never once received classified emails PERIOD and that is simply not believable, and second; emails which contain certain information are considered to be born classified even if they are not marked as such. A competent Secretary of State would know immediately if something should be classified one would think…
And speaking of a competent Secretary of State knowing which emails should be marked classified.
On her first day in office Hillary Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement which basically stated she understood the penalty for mishandling secret documents. (Of course the State Department has since said that Hillary Clinton’s email server was not approved to send or receive classified emails, but let that go.)
Here is the part of the agreement I find to be the most interesting:
The language of her NDA suggests it was Clinton’s responsibility to ascertain whether information shared through her private email server was, in fact, classified.
“I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with appropriate management authorities in the Department … in order to ensure that I know whether information or material within my knowledge or control that I have reason to believe might be SCI,” the agreement says.
It appears as if it was Hillary Clinton’s responsibility to meet with the proper people to make sure all emails were properly classified but of course that did not happen and now she is trying to use her own dereliction of duty to defend herself. Maybe she was too busy setting up Sydney Blumenthal’s business interests in Libya to worry about national security…

I cannot shake this feeling, that somewhere and somehow, someone close to Hillary was a middleman, as classified materials were sold to someone, maybe a contributor. The FBI will know if that is the case but, DOJ/Lynch will not prosecute because Obama threw in the fix. Essentially, it’s all in vain, because Hillary, Lerner, Holder, Obama, Et.Ano, are all, above the law, and that will only bastardize the court system further as loss of faith in the system will result. The RINOs are not going to do anything. The only way anything can possibly get done regarding prosecution, is if Trump wins the presidential election and then, it’s only a maybe, as Trump, too, is a friend of the Clintons. The entire US Government qualifies as R.I.C.O., under current statutes. Should, Hillary, fail to be indicted due to presidential meddling, attorneys representing clients convicted under statutes that Hillary is subject to, reversal of convictions are possible, including repatriation of Snowden, and release of ex-PFC Bradley Manning. Only congress can make the push to override Lynch, but there too, both houses, and both parties, are borderline professional career criminals.

If there were a military coup the leader of that would be taken over by the criminals and they’d be in charge again – same as what’s going on now. We live in a fallen world and the corrupt get their lusts and ego fed too well to give it up!

Interesting article, thanks for sharing. Two things that stuck out to me were points I have made in the past: The two parties are actually only one party with two arms, and; we only get to elect a candidate from those who were selected for us. We don’t have the clear choice we like to believe we have.

I hadn’t thought of the selling classified info angle to it, I always assumed there was influence peddling. If Obama puts the fix in he must be involved as well as I can see no other reason unless the Clinton’s have something on him. Very interesting!

Best scenario is if we are successful in winning the next election. Even so, if we get to prosecute her, will there be a jury willing to convict her? No doubt a sleeper juror will manage to drift in. Prosecute her in D.C.? Yes, a real red meat jury pool.

There was an interview Hillary did in which she said something like, “Being Secretary of State, I know what a classified email would be.” I can’t seem to locate that right now, but if I do I’ll send a link.
