Appeals Court rules against Barack Obama’s Executive amnesty
Victories are hard to come by these days so we will take one when we can get one at this point and last night we finally got one when the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Barack Obama’s Executive amnesty.

President Barack Obama’s plan to protect from deportation an estimated 5 million people living in the United States illegally suffered another setback Monday in a ruling from a New Orleans-based federal appeals court.
In a 2-1 decision, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a Texas-based federal judge’s injunction blocking the administration’s immigration initiative.
Needless to say, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was more than pleased with the decision:
“Today, the Fifth Circuit asserted that the separation of powers remains the law of the land, and the president must follow the rule of law, just like everybody else,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement obtained Monday night by Breitbart Texas. “Throughout this process, the Obama Administration has aggressively disregarded the constitutional limits on executive power, and Texas, leading a charge of 26 states, has secured an important victory to put a halt to the president’s lawlessness.”
“I commend Gov. Abbott for his leadership on this issue,” Paxton continued, “as well as the talent and hard work of Texas Solicitor General Scott Keller, who along with his team has so eloquently and expertly argued our case.”
This could possibly end the prospect of Barack Obama seeing the fruition of his Executive amnesty before he leaves office and that would mean if the right person becomes the next President (and I am not sure that person is out there) it could be dead forever. But there is still a chance this could make it to the Supreme Court before Barack Obama leaves office so this fight is not over yet.

Can a mere Circuit Court of Appeals decision stop the traitor in chief from implementing his anti-constitutional agenda? We shall see.

Good thought Peter. I was thinking on the same vein. If the States had enough American’s (instead of Globalist sell-outs) in power to seceded from the enemy at the helm that would really help. No Fed. taxation, it would all be in State, meaning funds would be directed For the People rather than against.
I don’t thing this will deter the enemy Steve. The puppet masters will just have him do other things to further their Agenda. The Shadows people are the ones that need be rooted out.

Peter and Zip, I think that Obama is replacing judges as quickly as he can to stack the deck with Progressives…can the next President do the same but in reverse order? I wonder! There is alot that needs to be put thru the washer to get the stink out of it that Obama has had his hand in. He taints everything he touches…guess I will have a knock on the door shortly due to my “outspokenness”, but someone needs to start saying this stuff.

Considering Lou that’s he’s just a front for those in the shadows – who are the real ones making the decisions – they’ll continue to put their ‘puppets in’. I agree, the WH is the Tainted House but Bari’s just added more perverted sickness to it – we’re ‘seeing’ today.

Exactly, we know they must have something on somebody in this investigation and they will use it. My guess is they want to wait to use it until the election is in gear so they can neuter the Republican candidate at the height of the election.

OT: I wanted to report on my experience last night in Springfield, Il. at the rally for Donald Trump in the Convention Center. It started at 7pm and guess what??? He was on time, unlike some of the other candidates do, most the time. We got in line out and around the building at 4:30 and the doors opened a bit after 5, to start letting people in. .It has seating for 10,000, in 3 tiers and there was also a packed house standing on the floor all the way back to the entry doors and out into the outer arena area. The owners of the building said this was the most they have ever had in the building at one time. Elton John came close years ago, but Trump had the biggest draw. I know that there are those of you out there that think that Illinois is a Democrat state, but for the most part other than the Chicago area and one county in the southern tip of Illinois we are a very Conservative state. When Trump asked if there were any people from Chicago there, the crowd started booing. There were people I talked to from Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio that had come to this, so imagine there was a draw from other states, as well. I wanted to go to see and experience the crowd. I was not disappointed! There were a few hecklers, but they were escorted out and were there for Bernie Sanders, NOT Hillary Clinton. Trump has a presence that I have not seen in a long while, he doesn’t have to use a teleprompter and speaks from the heart. I was encouraged to see people of ALL ages, especially the 20-30 somethings and different races, as well. The crowd was thrilled to hear what he had to say!!!! It will take someone like Trump to beat Clinton and we know she will be the candidate for the Democrats.
He talked about the immigration system and the border and holding Clinton accountable for her dirty deeds if he gets in OUR house. He talked about health care, too. These are all things that people want to know where he stands on them. I know people think something will take him down, probably the media, but you know what? This man is a fighter and I believe he will not go down easily and hopefully will take the White House and turn this country around. We need a strong presence in that position of President and I believe he is the man to do it. I know he is not perfect, but are any of us? After seeing John McCain and Mitt Romney and how weak they were and we lost, because of it, I want someone that will fight back. I would love to see a ticket of Trump/Cruz surface, but that will be a ways off. I know I do not want another Bush in there, he would not be much different than Clinton would be.
Well, that is my take on seeing Trump in person, do with it what you will. I have formed my opinion and will back this man, he stands for more of what I expect than any other candidate and I will go to bat for him.

Thanks for sharing this Lou – interesting. Trump needs to have some protection when going up in the ranks – more than just bodyguards! Anyone that’s not of the Agenda and evil intent, is a ‘obstruction’ to them and we know what they do with obstructions that get in their way or those who try to prevent them from accomplishing their tasks. Glad you were able to take in the Rally.

BHO’s ego is insulted, and that means we can expect the contest to go to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court, is in the tank for Obama, so expect the appeal in favor of BHO.
5th Circuit Court essentially sent a “Sicilian” message, that Obama does not write the laws, Congress writes the laws. Obama, wants his puppet judge to reverse the decision and file a judicial decree where no law exists, just like gay marriage. A crooked judge ruled, not congress. The County Clerk in Tennessee, persecuted, as she did not violate any law, it does not exist. She violated a judicial edict, which is unlawful to begin with, as there is no law being violated.
The Upper and Lower Houses, go along with BHO, and THEY are the problem. Congress should have put Obama in hack, when he schemed up ObamaCare.

Unfortunately I think you are right in regards to the Supreme Court, I do not trust it ever since the individual mandate ruling. I still do not believe that the government can force a person to buy a product and I don’t give a damn what the SCOTUS says about it!

Believe it or not, what do we do about it? Of course we should not have to buy a product, but we have no one that wants to go to bat for the little people that elected them, it seems.

OT: I was just reading this article about the missile test on the West Coast. With our depleted military and our Administration trying to show “might” and not informing the American people, this was really, really STUPID and you know what I think of STUPID people! China and Russia are not ones that Obama should be messing with and imagine this is over the monetary issue, but it just was the wrong thing to do. Obama is going to get us in over our heads while we do NOT have the military to back his big mouth up, thanks to HIM.

So, if the people were informed and I believe what Brit says, why is the media reporting that people are saying they were caught off guard with this and thought we were being attacked?
We would be fortunate to have another Patton in the military ranks, but I imagine most of those hard core men are long gone and replaced by “yes men” to Obama. Sad to see our military in the state it is in.

I heard that MSN was reporting the ‘Test’ Trident II fire. But who watches them anymore? It was also noted that the timing of it was so that the uninformed masses would ‘see’ it. I think a conditioning ploy. The Regime preparing people for their chaos and war type maneuvers. These things don’t even have to happen – if the populous is conditioned and convinced enough they’ll be easily lead that the UN option is the best option to prevent war and destruction. Who knows.
It would be interesting if there was a Patton Lou, the good ones are being kicked out though and replaced by the enemy thinker (yes men/women).
