Report: up to 30 aides handled top secret information which was found on Hillary Clinton’s email server
The news just keeps getting worse and worse for Hillary Clinton in regard to her email scandal. Back on January 29th it was reported the State Department had admitted that the Obama regime had determined that some of the emails found on Hillary Clinton’s homebrew email server were so sensitive they could never be released to the public even if they were redacted, this information was above top secret. You can read about it here if you missed the story.
And now it is being reported in this story that at least 12, and possibly as many as 30, people who were either her aides or people working for them also handled this information. Here is more:
At least a dozen email accounts handled the “top secret” intelligence that was found on Hillary Clinton’s server and recently deemed too damaging for national security to release, a U.S. government official close to the review told Fox News.
The official said the accounts include not only Clinton’s but those of top aides – including Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Jake Sullivan and Philippe Reines – as well as State Department Under Secretary for Management Patrick F. Kennedy and others.
A second source not authorized to speak on the record said the number of accounts involved could be as high as 30 and reflects how the intelligence was broadly shared, replied to, and copied to individuals using the unsecured server.
To top it off it does not appear as if all these people had the necessary security clearance to handle documents which are above top secret:
There is no public evidence they were authorized to receive the intelligence some of which was beyond Top Secret.
If this report is true it now appears beyond a shadow of a doubt that Hillary Clinton mishandled top secret documents and that is a felony. To make matters even worse for the former Secretary of State Judge Napolitano is claiming that because of this the FBI now has leverage it can use against Hillary Clinton–namely turning one or more of her aides in order to avoid jail time themselves.
Of course the only way to guarantee the Department of Injustice pursues charges if the FBI recommends them is if we have a Republican in the White House (and one who is not a friend of Hillary’s who has extolled her virtues in the past, maybe this is why Donald Trump is running) who will encourage the Injustice Department to pursue it…

Surely any Clinton aide would take his!her chances with a possible prison sentence than a possible visit from the Clinton mafia. Remember Whitewater..

Today’s generation will flip in a New York heartbeat. They will sell Hillary, Huma, and their own mother, for the price of a postage stamp to stay out of prison. Then reality will set in, and years later (or weeks later), they sell book rights, movie rights, interviews on television and book signings.

Guess it would be hard to weigh the odds on this one. Stick with Clinton and hope she gets voted in as President and have your sentence over turned OR turn evidence against her and hope her goons do not hunt you down and pay you a visit! Guess it depends what they value most. i am like you, I think they will turn on her, but you know stranger things have happened…remember we never thought Obama would be elected the first time, let alone a second time….so………

Based upon past experiences with homicide cases, it might also have another option, where the staffer would try to eliminate Hillary.
Most likely, FBI will flip the staff personnel.

Yes Lou, and the Democratic establishment is pushing Hillary because it is the only way to ensure this scandal disappears.
I hope you are right Rifleman, and I think you might be because I cannot imagine anyone wanting to go to jail to protect Hillary.

SDL, imagine that the video makers just cannot keep up on all the corruption that the Clintons have pulled…once they get a video out, it becomes obsolete. They are way ahead of most people on pulling their share of crap!
