Bernie Sanders files lawsuit against the DNC
They say that time heals all wounds but apparently that is not always the case. Back in the middle of December there was a little rift between Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton and the DNC: Bernie Sanders, possibly having learned this technique from the IRS, illegally accessed Hillary Clinton’s campaign data.
As punishment the DNC suspended his campaign access to the party’s national voter database which led the Senator from Vermont to threaten to sue the DNC. The DNC eventually backed down but Bernie Sanders was still not happy and he claimed the DNC actually planted a mole in his campaign for the purpose of bringing the him down.
All had been quiet on this front since December but now with the prospects of him pulling off and upset in the Democratic primary dwindling, in part because of the way the DNC allots the superdelegates, Bernie Sanders has rekindled the battle.
According to this story Bernie Sanders has officially filed a lawsuit against the DNC.
Bernie Sanders’ campaign on Thursday officially served the Democratic National Committee with a lawsuit, alleging the organization unfairly revoked its access to voter file data.
Sanders’ campaign initially filed a suit in December and was facing a Thursday deadline to serve the committee with the suit.
Sanders sued for negligence and breach of contract and sought $75,000 in damages from the DNC for temporarily freezing the data access. Take a look at these California data breach laws to find out more about what you can do when your data has been compromised.
It is interesting to note, because it highlights the mindset of the left, how it was Bernie Sanders who committed the wrongdoing yet he has turned himself into the victim for being held accountable for the wrongdoing. But then again maybe he has a point; it is not fair that Hillary Clinton does not want to spread her campaign data around…
malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
Strange. I have been questioning what makes this man tick since the beginning. He had no interest in going for the jugular – Clinton’s server and emails, so I thought maybe just someone to tune her up, or perhaps as a platform for him to espouse his Marxist position. Hmm. Maybe he got a taste for the real thing along the way.

I was thinking the same thing, Bunker…but now after ready what Steve wrote, maybe things have changed. He has been doing better in some states, so maybe he sees a chance to pull this off. I hope he is up to taking on the Clinton Machine, because we know how nasty they are.

We better be careful what we wish for! Fauxahontas is in the wings just in case Hillary goes South. Either one is a menace.

But she is the girl next door, so wholesome looking, surely SHE could not be labeled a “menace”? /s
For the life of me, I just cannot understand how Clinton can get away with SO much that she has pulled….that is just not how the world operates, or is it now? The arrogance of that woman is beyond belief and I have to wonder how others do NOT see this.

I am with both of you on this. When Sanders let Hillary off the hook on the emails I figured he was controlled opposition but now I am not sure. He has gained traction with the young people so maybe he actually believes he has a chance now. Either way I bet he regrets not going after Hillary on the emails now!

He can change his mind, depends on what is being leaked out about it, maybe he can grab onto it and run.

Of course he might still be holding onto the belief that Hillary will be indicted. It is not likely but perhaps he is the Plan B just in case…

$75,00, a mere bag of shells. Didn’t Mrs Bernie steal ( sorry, I meant misappropriated funds) more than that as president of the college she worked for? These characters would be a laugh a minute if we weren’t the true victims of their misdeeds. Moe Ginsberg’s wife was “let go” but did no jail time. Meanwhile some middle class guy was arrested yesterday for keeping a library book since 2002. Ya gotta love this stuff.

Peter, at lease we have the satisfaction of seeing the 2 Democratic nominees doing some “in fighting”, that very rarely happens. It is only the stupid Republican party that seem to want to turn on each other….yes I am still a Republican voter, but I feel that they are not what they used to be what is the alternative at this point? My choices are vote Republican, change to a Democrat OR not vote at all. None of them are that appealing, at the moment. The Republicans have alot of changing to do or they are going to lose alot of people like me, that have been life long Republicans. Right now, I am not sure what they stand for or IF they stand for anything. I know it has been coming for alot of years, but since Obama has been in office, the downward spiral has been going faster…they should wake up and take stock of what is going on….they are not going to have alot of us to wipe their boots on in the future. This might be their wake up call, IF they are interested.

I too will hol d my nose if forced to pull the R lever for anyone but Trump. Awhile ago I commented that while we can be sure Trump may not follow through on some things he is advocating for we can be certain any other R elected will do nothing he promised. What a sad commentary on a once great quasi-conservative party.

We know that alot of what they promise us is to get our votes, that is a given…however, I do believe that Trump will do his best to turn the Country around, that is what he does. I also think he knows people and will find the best he can who FIT the positions, not being given as a “pay back” for jobs well done. This is why things are so screwed up today, people in positions that have no business being there. Anyone pulled off the street could do a better job of keeping the Country running and I mean anyone. I have to believe that most people are not inherently EVIL, but when you look at this Administration, that believe is surely put to the test. There has been stuff done that would NEVER have been acceptable 10 or 20 years ago and now, not many seem to even care…how things change!

I have to admit that I am so disgusted with the way this election has played out that I am not sure I can vote for either of them if they are the nominee. This election cycle is wearing me out and I have not been able to bring myself to watch any of the recent debates.

Yes Peter, Bernie is not squeaky clean, or at least his wife isn’t. Of course that will not matter to the people who support him…

And so it starts! We all have to be alike, but it will “cost” some of us and not others! Hmmm…..

If you have time to watch this, it is the latest of Bill Whittle’s Afterburner…unlike any of his other ones, this was something other than what he usually speaks about….hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

That was interesting but different from Bill. I have noticed his videos have gotten few and far between lately. I wonder is like me he is sickened by this election cycle.

That just might be…this is like no other election. We thought 2008 and 2012 were bad, I have a feeling this one will take the cake. I know you are sick of it already, but we have to hold on and put the best we can in there. We might lose, but it will not be from lack of trying. I just think the media has controlled what is out there and we are fighting them on top of the Democratic fraud and just out and out illegal crap, especially from Clinton.

I just find it odd he has been so silently lately in the midst of this election but maybe is is storing it up for the general election. I am trying to hold on but at this point I don’t even care who wins in November. That is sad but that is where I am right now. Maybe it will change, I hope it does!

Sanders Is a joke and very weak. It’s sad my generation is flocking to his BS. Come check out my blog if you are angry with the system, cool with liberal social views (marijuana, gay marriage, etc) and extreme conservatism on immigration, veterans rights, and the like. Especially for those of us who are “young outsiders”. We need to coalesce the party around the clear front runner, and help bring the Republican party into line with us, and other 21st century. Not their archaic ways. We not only need to defeat the Republican elites afraid to lose power, but this new breed of PC social justice warriors and cry babies with their micro agressions. If you agree come check out my new blog:
