Hillary Clinton’s IT guru will not testify before the Congress despite being granted immunity
It looks like the man who set up and maintained the personal email server used by Hillary Clinton for all of her official State Department business has chosen life over death–if you catch my drift. Back in March the Department of Injustice granted Bryan Pagliano immunity in regards to the investigation into the still-simmering scandal after he invoked his Fifth Amendment right rather than testify before the Congress the first time he was asked.
According to this story Bryan Pagliano’s lawyer has informed the Congress that despite having been granted immunity he is still not going to talk. Here is more:
A lawyer for the former Hillary Clinton staffer who helped maintain her private email server has told Congress that his client still will not appear before Senate committees investigating the matter.
The Senate committees on the Judiciary and Homeland Security committees had renewed their request to question Bryan Pagliano about the server after news broke that the Justice Department, which is also investigating the server, had offered him immunity.
Committee leaders had told Pagliano that the immunity grant should relieve any concerns he had about being prosecuted if he testified and they requested that he appear before them.
Pagliano’s attorney, Mark MacDougall, said in a March 11 letter obtained by The Associated Press on Friday that Pagliano would continue to “respectfully decline” their invitation.
The Committee leaders who told Mr. Pagliano that he need not worry about self-incrimination are missing the point because this is no longer about self-incrimination–how could it be when he was already given immunity–there is an ulterior motive here and it is called self-preservation.
Bryan Pagliano has been around the Clinton’s long enough to know what happens when you cross them and he is not willing to take that chance. Honestly, I do not blame him…

Well, Congress screwed around too long. Before the FBI got to him, they could have given him immunity and he would have had to testify,I guess its shot once the FBI grants immunity.

Yeah, it again makes me believe this is nothing but a show by the Congress. They really do not seem to be serious about this, they are putting on a show in an election year.

this is a witch hunt to prevent Hillary from the white house because she is the only one that is qualified to be MPOTUS. Enough already and stop wasting taxpayer money for his Sanders and republicans. If Bernie wins, he’s not going to be effective Pres. because he has no friends in the upper and lower houses for support. it is going to be 4 long wasted years in USA instead of progressing more with Hillary. The worst with Donald, some countries are already planning to ban him in their countries if he visit. let’s show the world that we are smart, practical/sensible americans ad the best in the world.

Yes, I agree. This is a witch hunt and in time for election year. This has been heard and these republicans in the upper and lower houses are just wasting our taxpayers money for this nonsense. It is on records that republicans and non republicns uses personal e-mails etc..but non was done compared to what they did with Hillary. Focus more on solving problems that help us taxpayers than wasting it on this nonsense!
And this is only Bernie and Donald’s thing to spread against Hillary but the more they do this, the more we dread for them to be president of USA . Hillary is the only one qualified to be President of USA and represent us to the world in a dignified way. She is the most qualified, period. She will handle everything in a more presidential/dignified way as MPOTUS. I just wish the youth, and all people who are not yet decided to vote to do your own observations, research, not listening their childish made up attacks, and bringing us American people shame to the world. We do not like Bernie’s flealing hands and pointing fingers, and screaming hoarse voice and attacking his own party, makes me wander, he should run as independent not democrat. For Tulsi, you are ungrateful and disrespectful even to our President, you will not get our votes when you run for your next term. Lastly, someone should put soap on Donald’s mouth and put him on time out….

Our comments went directly to Hillary’s attackers, not for the IT Guru. He is doing the right thing for listening his Atty. By law he has nothing to say or do at this point. This is about Hillary’s attackers who kept wasting our taxpayers money. When there are a lot of better things they should focus on, than this. For those elected people in the house, if you do not focus your attention to other matters that benefit us americans, you should think for your coming reelection year.
