The State Departments admits withholding a key Benghazi email from Judicial Watch in 2014

April 26, 2016

Judicial Watch has done some great work in trying to uncover what really happened in Benghazi, much better work than the Congress has done in fact, and unlike the Congress they are still fighting the battle. As you know Judicial Watch sued the State Department through a FOIA request for all documents related to the Benghazi scandal. Although the agency previously claimed it had turned over all relevant documents the State Department has now admitted it found a document related to Benghazi back in 2014 but withheld it from Judicial Watch.

  Here is more:

The Obama State Department last week admitted it withheld a key Benghazi email of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from Judicial Watch since at least September 2014.  If the State Department disclosed the email when first supposedly found, Clinton’s email server and her hidden emails would have been disclosed nearly two years ago, before Clinton authorized the alleged deletion of tens of thousands of emails.

Contradicting an earlier statement to the court, an April 18, 2016, State Department letter admits that it found the email at issue in 2014 but was held back in its entirety:

Also, upon further review, the Department has determined that one document previously withheld in full in our letter dated November 12, 2014 may now be released in part.

The referenced November 12, 2014, letter does not reference any withheld emails.  A search declaration suggests the hidden email was found in September 2014 as a result of a search in response to Judicial Watch’s lawsuit.

The September 29, 2012, email to Clinton from then-Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan concerns talking points for Clinton calls with senators about the Benghazi attack.  The email contains Clinton’s non-state.gov address.

It looks as if this might have been an attempt to hide Hillary Clinton’s decision to use a private email server to conduct all State Department business, no wonder why this one was hidden from Judicial Watch. This comes on the heals of the report that the State Department removed Benghazi documents and sent them to other agencies after a subpoena was issued for them in what seems like a deliberate attempt to hide the documents from the investigation. But of course there is nothing to see here, just a couple of honest mistakes…

Some can profit by exposing the truth, while other’s can profit more from concealing it and their involvement by keep the information hidden (while continuing on their devilish ways). The standards of ethics is based on Truth, no the Lie, which those involved have made their camp. Part of this too I think, links Bari and the evils that be don’t want their ‘boy’ brought down until they’re ready to replace him. Good for Judicial Watch!!

I think this is the reason why JW has been more successful at getting closer to the truth than the Congress. In the end the Congress does not want the truth to get out there because they know the truth already and are part of it, they just want to make it look as if they are appalled at what is going on when really they want the status quo.

It is not like hiding something is illegal or anything. We see it all time and it has become the “normal”, hasn’t it? There is always an excuse for what the Government does and WE THE PEOPLE have to accept the explanation. However, there seems to be a problem…we are not as gullible now, are we? I know, I know, there are still those out there that could not give 2 sh*ts about what the Government does as long as it doesn’t affect THEM….guess those are the special kind of stupid people that we are starting to hear alot about AND you know what I think about stupid people!

PS….I feel so much better being able to type on a keyboard AGAIN and to not have to say as little as necessary to get the point across……;) (I know I do not usually put emoticons, but just this once it is needed)!

That’s right Lou, it has become so commonplace that most people have been desensitized and just think it is politics as usual and it has become expected. It is time to start holding people accountable!
