Bernie Sanders says Debbie Wasserman Schultz is not the type of chair the Democratic Party needs

May 22, 2016

The civil war within the Democratic Party is showing now signs of letting up and in fact it might just be heating up. There is no love lost between Bernie Sanders, his supporters, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz. It really began to heat up last week when the Democratic Party Chairwoman told Bernie Sanders, in Clintonesque “bring them to heal”  style language, that he needed to get his supporters “in line.”

This set off a firestorm with the Senator from Vermont’s supporters and Debbie Wasserman Schultz quickly began to feel the Bern.  Bernie Sanders had the chance to smooth the waters when he appeared on Face the Nation today but instead he decided to add fuel to the fire by claiming that she is not the type of leader the Democratic Party needs.

  Here is more:

“Do I think she’s the kind of chair that Democratic Party needs, No I don’t. What we need right now is revitalize democracy in America, to bring millions of young people and working class people into the system, to a significant degree. Frankly what the Democratic Party is about people running around to rich people’s homes and raising obscene sums of money from wealthy people. What we need to do is to say to working class people, ‘we’re on your side.’ We know that you need the ability to send your kids to college and you can’t afford it right now. We know that many cases the income that you’re making has gone down. We are prepared to stand up to Wall Street, whose greed has done so much harm to our economy, to corporate America who sending jobs 20 China in five minutes if they can make $2 more in profits. That’s the kind of party we need to be vital party, working class people who are young people who have a dream that this country can be much more than it is today. Not just party where we have our folks raising money for wealthy people.”

This is interesting because the Democrats have been leading us to believe it is on the Republican Party which receives donations from rich people, I guess he did not get the talking points…

This is probably not going to last but it sure is entertaining and I intend to enjoy it while it does.

I beg to differ with Bernie. Debbie Wasserbeast is the archetypal image of the democrat woman we’ve come to know and love. She’s ugly as hell, she’s full of shit and she lies like a rug. She’s no Hillary but come on Bernie what’s not to like, huh?

OT: every time I read an article like this one below, I have to wonder WHEN this crap is going to stop! I am so tired of all the PC and hopefully when Trump gets in, he can put an end to it. I do not even know what to call people any more, being the PC person I am…haha, just kidding, I am not going to stop speaking the way I do…..they can stop trying to change ME! I call it as I see it…that is being a REAL person, not someone that is fine tuned!
