Judicial Watch calls for an investigation into Loretta Lynch-Bill Clinton secret meeting

July 1, 2016

Hillary ClintonThe last several days have been pretty interesting on the email scandal front: we learned that Hillary Clinton left at least 75 meetings with political donors and friends of the Clinton Foundation off of her official State Department calendar and because of this a Federal Judge expanded the investigation into the former Secretary of State’s decision to use a personal email server during her tenure at the State Department. Then of course Bill Clinton held a private, spur of the moment meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch which was caught by a local television station and shortly thereafter the Injustice Department filed a motion in court which seeks to delay emails between Hillary Clinton and her aides concerning the Clinton Foundation for 27 months.

What a remarkable coincidence! After all how many times have we all run into a powerful, influential friend as she boarded a private plane and have taken the opportunity to discuss grandchildren and golf before takeoff? It happens all the time right?

Judicial Watch is responsible for uncovering most of what we know about Hillary Clinton’s email scandal and the watchdog group does not think it was a coincidence. They are now calling for an investigation into this meeting, here is more:

Judicial Watch today requested that the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General investigate the meeting yesterday between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch:

Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President William J. Clinton on board a parked private plane on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona on June 29, 2016, according to multiple press reports.

President Clinton is the spouse of Hillary Rodham Clinton, the former Secretary of State, who is purportedly the subject of a national security crime investigation pertaining to the mishandling of national defense information processed by Mrs. Clinton’s personal server during her tenure as secretary.

Additionally, there are press reports that a federal public corruption investigation is on-going concerning conflicts of interest and abuse of official government office involving the financial “commitments” to the Clinton Foundation, speaking fees for President Clinton and former Secretary Clinton’s official acts. President Clinton may be a target of that investigation. [emphasis mine]

Attorney General Lynch’s meeting with President Clinton creates the appearance of a violation of law, ethical standards and good judgment. Attorney General Lynch’s decision to breach the well-defined ethical standards of the Department of Justice and the American legal profession is an outrageous abuse of the public’s trust. Her conduct and statements undermine confidence in her ability to objectively investigate and prosecute possible violations of law associated with President Clinton and Secretary Clinton. This incident undermines the public’s faith in the fair administration of justice. Simply stated, Attorney General Lynch’s June 29, 2016 meeting with former President Clinton creates the broad public impression that “the fix is in.”

Judicial Watch requests your immediate and thorough investigation of the facts, circumstances, and appearances of ethical, regulatory and legal violations by Attorney General Lynch in connection with her meeting with former President William J. Clinton – and that you report your findings and recommendations to the American public.

We all know what happens to people who have the dirt on the Clinton’s, did the former President make Loretta Lynch an offer she could not refuse…

Bill Clinton, in 1998 (?), appointed Loretta Lynch as prosecutor to New York Federal Court.

It appears that Clinton, is calling in, markers. As Vito Corleone said, “There may come a time when I call upon you for a favor.”

How is it, that after that meeting in Phoenix, far away from DC, that Lynch has not removed herself from the case, as clearly, it is a case of Conflict of Interest, if not Official Misconduct?

USDOJ requesting the emails sealed 27 months, is a very clear indication that, “THE FIX IS IN”, and the American Justice System, is a complete farce. The criminal gangs control America’s government, and Hillary is, ABOVE THE LAW.

In light of those events, and with an upcoming gun control vote this week, I fully expect, violent revolution, is at hand. This may be it, folks. Showtime.

As they say, “Lock and load”, Brit! I believe everything you just said and it is going to come to a head, very shortly. It is in our faces now and something that not even the most complacent person will be able to ignore. How blatant it has become and they are daring us to say something, anything. The gun vote coming up really has pissed me off….we have the ability, in the House/Senate to hold back from doing anything and to push thru most things and what do we do?????? Give in and back down, that is what we do. What the hell did we put in office to represent us, that is my question! I am glad that Judicial Watch is keeping score and trying to bring the wickedness out in the open….but, people have to have their eyes and ears open to take it all in and I have not seen that happening.

        Career Politicians = Career Criminals.
They are trying to establish a despotic monarchy, where they are the elite.
Don’t be surprised if those goons are hunted down by a neck-stretching party, as anything at this point is possible and viable.
I just want things to move along to Election Day.

PS….I was not aware that Clinton had appointed Lynch, that alone should be enough for the Administration to bring in someone else to make the decisions. I still have hope in the FBI making a big stink if something is not done…Comey has been on the up and up and IF he caves, we know for sure that the fix is in, but hey, what am I saying, we know it is anyway….with or without Comey playing their game.

Comey, despite his hard work, is the one who will get knocked around by the administration, and may have to resign. In many cases, I have seen that the hard workers and the honest, were forced into a corner, where the only way out, is resignation. In comey’s instance, he has the name recognition. In other cases, honest cops get branded by their own job, as corrupt, where that is not the truth, but somehow things turned political. Knew that was the case with someone I had later made acquaintance of, and I wondered why, someone in their late thirties, got so tangled up. He later on in a few months, shot himself. The cops I talked with, all, every one, said that he was an honest cop but got into something that turned into a political powerplay. In the case of Hillary, Lynch, Limp Willie, Obama, it is in fact, a very heavy duty, political powerplay. In fact, it’s criminal, and they all should go to prison.

There is no way Lynch should be allowed to make this decision but today she said she would not recuse herself. There is no doubt in my mind she knows the result of the FBI investigation and told Clinton he had nothing to worry about.

I didn’t realize Clinton appointed Lynch but it does seem as if he dialed in a favor. It takes the willing suspension of disbelief to think this meeting was not about the investigation. The fix is in…

I only wish the Republicans were as serious about this investigation as Judicial Watch is but they are only interested in playing politics hoping it will help them in November.

The Republican Party is in on the fix. It is time that the electorate throw them out of office and take the party back. Romney, Ryan, McConnel are traitors to the American public. But I believe it’s too late the U.S. demographics have changed so much in the last 50 years that what the founders believed in irrelevant to the new America that has been created.

I think this is why Trump has been so successful, everybody now believes the Republicans in the establishment are the same as the Democrats.

Yeah Bill was crying to Loretta that he is afraid his grandkids will have to visit granny in the big house instead of the White House.

I seem to remember a recent topic where a certain writer (me) made the case that the media and the DOJ are in the bag for Clinton and getting ripped for such a statement. I remember it being pretty lonely on that battlefield.

Here is part of what Dick Morris said. “It could mean she can stay on as attorney general,” he said. “It could mean that Hillary would put her on the Supreme Court.

“Clearly this was inappropriate,” Morris told Malzberg. “Could you imagine in a criminal proceeding if the husband of the defendant met with the judge?

There is no question in my mind that Clinton would give a supreme court seat for not being prosecuted.

I always felt it would be the investigation into the foundation that would be the case that could take them out. Now it is amazing. After the knock on the plane, those particular emails can’t be out for 27 months. I wonder how they came out at that exact number of months.

I wondered the same until I started thinking about it, and 27 months, from now, goes almost into the midway point of a first term. Postponements, when unsealed, as a sitting president, can push another 24 months, equaling one full term and overlap a second term, by that point, “what difference does it make”, and Chelsea gets handed the ball, First and Ten on the fifteen yard line. Scheming, and Lynch is complicit for allowing it to happen.

Lynch said that she would follow FBI recommendation, but will not recuse herself. A federal judge better step in.

There seems to be the appearance of the typical quid pro quo involved in this case. What was the relationship between the Clintons and Lynch? Somebody needs to reexamine Lynch’s handling of HSBC and the exceedingly generous settlement in light of this recent meeting between her and Bill Clinton. HSBC is a major Clinton Foundation doner. I wonder if a phone call was made by Bill to help in Lynch’s decision making and what promises were made. As mentioned the Supreme Court seat would be a good reward. Nothing like having a justice you can control.

Great points CJ! There is no doubt in my mind that quid pro quo was involved here and in fact is at the heart of this whole scandal.
