Hillary Clinton says she ‘short-circuited’ during Chris Wallace email interview
When Hillary Clinton appeared for an interview with Chris Wallace last Sunday she blatantly lied to the American people about what FBI Director James Comey said during his testimony in front of the Congress about her email scandal.
Earlier today Hillary Clinton tried to clarify what she said in that ill-fated interview by claiming, in a long-winded rambling explanation, she and the host were talking over each other and because of this she “short-circuited” and mixed up what James Comey told her privately about what she testified to the FBI and what she has been telling the American people.

And I have said during the interview and many other occasions over the past months, that what I told the FBI, which he said was truthful, is consistent with what I have said publicly,” Clinton explained Friday. “So I may have short-circuited it and for that, I, you know, will try to clarify because I think, you know, Chris Wallace and I were probably talking past each other because of course, he could only talk to what I had told the FBI and I appreciated that.”
“But I do think, you know, having him say that my answers to the FBI were truthful and then I should quickly add, what I said was consistent with what I had said publicly. And that’s really sort of in my view trying to tie both ends together,” she added.
So basically she is defending lying to the American people last Sunday by saying that lie was consistent with the lies she has been telling the American people for months and she mixed up this lie with a private conversation she had with James Comey. That is one hell of a defense…
If James Comey did tell Hillary Clinton privately that her answers to the FBI were truthful than she did not tell the FBI the same thing she told the American people, but of course we do not know what she told the FBI because the transcripts have been kept from us–if they exist at all.

The day after we published this fact-check, Comey testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on July 7. Comey said he believes three emails on Clinton’s server contained information labeled classified at the time they were sent.
This information -was not properly marked- in that the emails -did not have a classification header-, even though a “(c)” immediately preceded text in the body of the emails, designating confidential information.
Without the clear classification header, it’s reasonable to infer that Clinton did not realize these three emails contained classified information, he said.
Out of 30,000 only 3, 3 emails were classified but NOT marked classified.
Hillary said “I never received nor sent any material that was marked classified.”‘
Note the word ;;marked;; .. and they were not marked in the header as classified, Comey testified .

Even if an email is not marked as classified it was Hillary’s responsibility to understand which emails were “born classified” and she failed to do so.

Didn’t I read that the State Dept. backtracked after saying that Clinton signed a paper about the training she received on emails, now they do not have any knowledge of her ever receiving that training? WTF?
We all know that she “adds” words into what she has to say so she can use it at some point to get out of a sticky situation. She is a snake.

I don’t remember them ever saying she got the proper training but I do remember them saying they have no record she did. Which of course means she did not…

I was lucky enough to hear Comey’s testimony. Lucky only in the fact that this liar needs to receive the vetting that she so richly deserves. Makes me sick that she really think we are to accept her nonsense.

Steve, of course her supporters know she is lying. They do not give a damn, that is the bottom line. As long as they get what they want, the don’t care about anyone else. One would think they would be smart enough to see that once she has not use for you, out you go. She will turn on anyone and I mean anyone in a heartbeat. One minute they are close to her, the next minute, well….not so close!

Lying’s OK though Steve for her and those that have been programmed to love her ‘no matter WHAT’! And that WHAT can include all sorts of things – but not to worry, she told us, she was “fighting for us!” YEAH!

ZIP, I have to wonder who the “us” is that she is fighting for! She holds none of my values and she is not trustworthy period. If she is speaking to the “gimmies” then, I guess they will vote for her. I am wondering at what point the money runs out to fund those said “gimmies” and then what? We are getting less and less, the ones that actually make money and pay taxes. Where else with that free money come from? I am going to have to ponder that question, maybe the Chinese will loan us more in return for more rights to American land…..who else?

Lou, I am coming to the conclusion that the money will never run out because they will just keep printing more money. Of course that will make it more expensive for “us” to live but to the “us” she is talking about it won’t matter because they will just give them more and more.
