House Republicans lay out perjury charges against Hillary Clinton
When FBI Director James Comey testified in front of the Congress under oath about his decision not to recommend charges be brought against Hillary Clinton the one thing he was forced to admit was that Hillary Clinton lied to the Congress while under oath when she testified.

In response to this testimony two top House Republicans have laid out a perjury case against the former Secretary of State and have referred the case to U.S. Attorney Channing Phillips. He is the chief federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C.

Two top House Republicans accused Hillary Clinton of appearing to have lied to Congress, laying out a case Monday they said could sustain perjury charges against the former State Department secretary for her use of a secret email server.
Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz said the evidence collected by the FBI during its investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s email use contradicts what she herself told Congress in testimony last year.
Mrs. Clinton testified that she never sent or received information marked classified, but FBI Director James Comeysaid there were three such documents that were marked at the time.
Mrs. Clinton also said her lawyers “went through every single email” in deciding which ones to return to the government to comply with open-records laws, but Mr. Comey said that wasn’t true, and in fact the lawyers only used search terms and subject lines.The two chairman also said the FBI showed Mrs. Clinton didn’t provide all of her work-related emails to the government, and also had more than one server that stored her messages.
“Although there may be other aspects of Secretary Clinton’s sworn testimony that are at odds with the FBI’s findings, her testimony in those four areas bears specific scrutiny in light of the facts and evidence FBI Director James Comey described in his public statement on July 5, 2016 and in testimony before the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on July 7, 2016,” the chairmen said in a letter referring the case to U.S. Attorney Channing D. Phillips, the chief federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C.
Of course we know this is going nowhere fast, Bill Clinton’s now infamous secret “spur of the moment” airport tarmac meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch in Phoenix, Arizona sealed the deal. After all, what difference does it make?
But while this is going to go nowhere it is still valuable because it calls into question Hillary Clinton’s credibility and her trustworthiness during an election cycle when the left is saying Donald Trump cannot be trusted on national security. I do not trust Donald Trump but I equally do not trust Hillary Clinton.
While nothing is going to come from these charges if it keeps Hillary Clinton from the White House that is a win in my opinion and that is the best we can probably hope for at this point.

Its been a month since the letter was filed. I am sure the US attorney does not want to interject himself into this case. According to a law review website Hillary won’t be charged. According to the site a study of witnesses testifying before Congress lied and were not prosecuted. Also according to this article Comey in his testimony gave Hillary an out. He claims she was not sophisticated enough to know computer technology – in other words she is an idiot who never should have been SS.
Lawyers are a plague on this country.

Apparently there are two letters. The dummies did not outline their complaint in the first letter, so they wasted a month.

With this level of ineptitude it is hard to believe this is going to go anywhere. I guess the question I have at this point is did they screw it up on purpose because they have no real intent on doing anything?

The House Oversight Committee released this video. Apparently according to sources they are attempting to bring public pressure on the DOJ to prosecute Hillary.

The single thing that concerns me most is not that Hillary is clearly the most dishonest politician ever to run for president, or that she ruins the careers of those who do her dirty work, or the Clinton body count, or that Comey said she lied and was negligent with classified government information, or that she is a shill for evil George Soros, or that she is married to a rapist and philander, or that she has severe health issues and falls down a lot, and has seizures, and needs help going up a short flight of stairs, and that hacked emails show Abodin Huma says,”Hillary naps a lot and is often confused”, and one has to ask, ” how can someone this unhealthy even consider the task of President of the United States?”
No, none of these things concern me half as much as the fact that so many Americans are willing to compromise our safety , security and livelihood by voting for this reckless, selfish, corrupt lying individual.
The only presidential candidate ever who was and currently IS under not one, but 2 FBI criminal investigations!
