Oversight Committee video: ‘Were Hillary Clinton’s statements false?’
Yesterday two top Republicans laid out perjury charges against Hillary Clinton and referred the case to the top prosecutor in Washington DC.
Today the House Oversight Committee has released a new video which juxtaposes Hillary Clinton’s testimony under oath with the FBI’s findings in that agency’s investigation into the former Secretary of State’s email scandal and I think it is quite damning.

This video points out many of the falsehoods contained in Hillary Clinton’s testimony but I would like to focus on just one.
Liberals have tried to exonerate Hillary Clinton by using James Comey’s comment about the emails not having been properly classified at the time of transmission as proof that Hillary Clinton did not send or receive emails which were marked classified at the time of transmission, but they ignore James Comey’s follow up comment that people “who should know the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.”
As I have been saying on and off for almost one year now there are some emails which are “born classified”whether they are marked classified or not and it was Hillary Clinton’s responsibility to understand this and apparently she did not. While liberals might want to ignore this troublesome little fact the truth is that if Hillary Clinton cannot read an email and determine it contains classified information she is not fit to be President.

Hillary signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement. The agreement refers to penalties classified SCI information is disclosed . SCI information is only accessible in a spcial room. How she got this information copied to her emails has never been answered., but there are at keast 3 emails with this secure information.

Did Hillary lie? That depends on how she understood the question. For example the issue of “server” I think is muddled by Rep. Jordan and Hillary. When asked “Was there only one server?” what was exactly meant. Was there only one physical server (Dell model xxx which was never replaced during the 4 years) or did the network consist of more than one server (her home and the IT contractor). I think the server question may not have been communicated with exactness. Since Hillary is not a certified IT person her answer appears to be consistent with an average person’s understanding of “server”.
