Holiday weekend document dump: FBI releases Hillary Clinton investigation transcripts

 The FBI has released a summary of the agency’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. The Clinton camp is claiming it is happy the FBI decided to release this information because it explains why the agency did not recommend charges be brought against the former Secretary of State for knowingly mishandling classified information. However if this was true the FBI would not have done the classic holiday long weekend Friday document dump when nobody was paying attention, if this truly exonerated Hillary Clinton it would have been done when people were paying attention and the Democrats would be using it .

  Some of the stories coming out of this are quite troubling to say the least so let us go through the ones I find most troubling one at a time.

 Hillary Clinton lost cellphones with classified information:

“[Huma] Abedin and [former Clinton aide Monica] Hanley indicated the whereabouts of Clinton’s [mobile] devices would frequently become unknown once she transitioned to a new device,” one report indicates.

  You may be wondering about this because we were told over and over that Hillary Clinton only used one device during her tenure as Secretary of State, but it turns out she used at least 13 devices and the FBI was unable to locate any of them. They have presumably either been lost or beaten with a hammer. Yes, beaten with a hammer: the FBI investigation found that Hillary Clinton’s aides would destroy her old cellphones with a hammer. This hardly seems like the proper was to dispose of official documents and government property. She certainly went above and beyond in an effort to make sure nobody saw her in yoga pants or Chelsea Clinton in her wedding dress… 

  Hillary Clinton did not understand classified markings:

Hillary Clinton told FBI agents in July that she thought the classified “C” markings on emails recovered from her private emails were just a way to put paragraphs in alphabetical order.

FBI Director James Comey had said his agents pulled three emails marked classified off her server system in the course of their year-long investigation.

“When asked what the parenthetical ‘C’ meant before a paragraph … Clinton stated she did not know and could only speculate it was referencing paragraphs marked in alphabetical order,” the FBI wrote in notes from its interview with her.

  That is just a silly excuse. Does she really expect us to believe she thought only the third paragraph was marked in such a manner? The first paragraph was not marked with an “A” the second with a “B” or the fourth with a “D,” just the third with a “C.” As I said, that is just silly but maybe she is telling the truth because there is some question as to whether or not Hillary Clinton was ever briefed on handling classified information:

 Hillary Clinton either lied to the FBI or to the State Department about being briefed on classified information:

Either Hillary Clinton lied to the FBI or she lied on a State Department form as she began her tenure as Secretary of State. This conclusion appears inescapable after Friday’s FBI document release related to the Clinton email investigation.

As revealed by those FBI documents, Clinton told agents that she could not recall “any briefing or training by State related to the retention of federal records of handling of classified information”.

But the second paragraph of the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement—which she signed on January 22, 2009—states that “I hereby acknowledge that I have received a security indoctrination concerning the nature and protection of classified information.”

  We can giver her the benefit of the doubt; maybe she just forgot. If so that will play into my final point:

  Hillary Clinton admitted she has had memory loss since she fell down and was concussed.

Hillary Clinton told the FBI she did not recall all the briefings she received on handling sensitive information as she made the transition from her post as U.S. secretary of state, due to a concussion suffered in 2012, according to a report released Friday.

 Of course Hillary Clinton has been claiming the questions about her health are just part of a vast alt-right conspiracy however it did provide her with a perfect excuse when she needed it, didn’t it? So which one is it, she would never lie to the FBI, right?

  What I take out of all of this is that if this shows us that Hillary Clinton did not knowingly mishandle classified information she was clearly negligent in handling the information and apparently in way over her head as Secretary of State. And she considers this to be good news? Clearly she cannot be trusted to become the next President of the United States.
