Donald Trump pulls ahead of Hillary Clinton in the latest CNN poll

A new CNN poll is out and it has Donald Trump leading Hillary Clinton by 2 points. Here is more:
Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton start the race to November 8 on essentially even ground, with Trump edging Clinton by a scant two points among likely voters, and the contest sparking sharp divisions along demographic lines in a new CNN/ORC Poll.
Trump tops Clinton 45% to 43% in the new survey, with Libertarian Gary Johnson standing at 7% among likely voters in this poll and the Green Party’s Jill Stein at just 2%.
The poll is well within the margin of error however this poll shows a 10 point swing since the last CNN poll which had the former Secretary of State ahead by 8 points:
Most recently, Clinton’s convention propelled her to an 8-point lead among registered voters in an early-August CNN/ORC Poll. Clinton’s lead has largely evaporated despite a challenging month for Trump, which saw an overhaul of his campaign staff, announcements of support for Clinton from several high-profile Republicans and criticism of his campaign strategy.
The mainstream media has pronounced Donald Trump’s campaign dead several times now and each time he bounces back. This could be due to the fact that only Hillary Clinton’s most hardcore supporters actually think she is trustworthy:
Trump has his largest edge of the campaign as the more honest and trustworthy of the two major candidates (50% say he is more honest and trustworthy vs. just 35% choosing Clinton)
There is still plenty of time left but at this point Donald Trump appears to be surging while Hillary Clinton is choking…literally, and I mean that both figuratively and literally.

She has yet to unleash her war chest. Then again, Putin hasn’t either. Should be an interesting next 60 or so days.

You’re right bunker, and her war chest is huge. But whom (I wish I could remember the who/whom rule) would she influence? According to the MSM, every subgroup already hates the Donald. Who is left to convert?

We know national polls have problems. First they use likely voters and as we have seen from the primaries this may undercount actual voters. Surveys rely on phone calls to land lines. Well the number of these phones has decreased significantly in the last 8 years. Also the respone rate to phone calls has crashed from 70% to less than 1%
Then there is also a problem of optics.

There were too many white guys surveyed by CNN so MSNBC fixed that problem. Now move along nothing to see here.

“Liberal Propaganda News” outlet NBC has a convenient excuse for Hillary’s consistent tiny crowds and weak rally turnout.
According to NBC, Hillary’s small events are simply an innovative approach by design.

I don’t have time to watch it now but I would guess the media would say she wants to talk in front of intimate crowds because she is a woman for the people.

You wait, Soros will hire a bunch of seat filler – like he did w/ Acorn and Ferguson rioters [making sure they get in – just like he had the Gov. of the State tell the cops to stand down and let them ransack the poor area of town – notice it wasn’t where his kind live that got trashed!]. Just different windowing dressing. I think so of those payees are still upset for now being paid as promised!

They are definitely trying to hide Hillary and run out the clock but right now it seems to be backfiring. I had not heard about her looking for adult diapers online but I do believe she has health issues which are being hidden because she wants to become President at all costs and if that includes hurting her health she is willing to take that chance. Thanks for the link.
